i have proof that they do roam the earth new years eve my father took a pricture of my uncle his wife and her mother (aka gumby) and there is a white haze going across all of them it looks like two figures and that is the only picture out of them all that r like that

That is very spooky. I haven't had any experiences like that, but I do believe in them.

That could just be bad film, or the negative could have been damaged during processing, something similar happened to be in the darkroom before.

My parents have a ghost. A lovely man that looks after us. I caught him a few times, the most vivid was I came home overly late one night, and as I walked through the front door, he was coming from the old kitchen into the dinning room, then vanished... this was a ful 2 to 3 seconds of seeing him.

We have had several family pictures where there seems to be a ghost like figure in them...mind you these have been pictures of just my immediate family ie. myself, sister, brothers, father, and my mothers parents. I have often thought that was possibly my mothers ghost/spirit. And Moreish, what's the difference between the two?

i believe in them (check my post in the thread about super/prenatural experiences).... i just know when they are there, sometimes they can be overwhelming, dont like being in hospitals much

I also i believe that ghost exist. i have had many experiances with them. i have been clawed by them, i have seen them. and i know when they are there because i can sense them. its kinda freaky, but also very cool

Finally A thread in my area of expertise! The haze you saw in your pic is called by some white fog, if it looks like a tiny circle we call them an orb. Usually if the air has magnetic properties and other orbital changes its easier for the spirits to be caught on film. There is a simularity between what we can not see but the film picks up. The same can be had with a tape recorder. I have even tried to use a digital recorder with fresh lithiums and the air feild spectrum sucked the juice right out of them. If your interested in proof of such things There's a shit load of ghost hunter sites for every state in the US plus in Europe, sorry I don't know but I imagine other country's too.

ok umm there is a abbandoned nut huose over in the general area of where i live it is a few towns over maybe 30 minute drive the way i drive lol and it was burnt to th ground and there is a cop that drives around and when u pull over he walks up to ur car turns toward u and walks back to his car and disappears he has no face he blew it off with his gun and some times u see the the people who usta live in the nut house at he fence keeping htem out trying to get back to what they at one time called home not only did i see the cop i saw a lil girl sitting cry and heard lil children playing and laughing threw the radio in my car then i heard a loud screach and a deep voice tellin me and everonye in the car to leave leave now and it said all our names which freaked us the hell out

there are many things that can cause a white spot in pics....even digital.....but there are also many things which science has never been able to expain...I do believe in ghosts...but most occurences of them are probably not actually ghosts

I believe they are all about us. Wether people believe me or not I have one that lives in my house. It was creepy at first. We named it Bob. He has a habbit of opening the doors and turning on our water focet. When he gets mad or we upset him, things go missing or he makes all the shampoo bottles in the bathroom fall to the ground. Yes weird, but whatever. He likes following people to see what they are doing, cause you can feel him breathing on you.

Definitely real. My mother's house has at least 4 seperate ones. I feel,hear, and see ghosts alot of the time. There is an old man in buckskin with fringe that walks up my mom's stairs alot. Thats sorta the point-most people dont or wont believe in them until they see them. I didn't want to believe, but have been made to by too many manifistations to think they are not real. I usually only believe in what I can see,smell,taste, and touch, which is part of what makes me believe.

in the huose that i live in now there usta be an old man that lived behind us and the night he died my mother had a dream he was standing over her on her side of the bed just staring at her lol

I believe in "ghosts" or whatever you wanna call them, more than I'd like to. I have had good experiences, butto many bad ones to list. I was born with the ability to communicate with them in more ways then one. If you every want to experience some spooky stuff come with me to a cemetary or "haunted" house.

funniest story i got is that he just pushed some bread that was about a foot or two away from the edge of a counter off and then knocked over a plant or something (may have been diffent days but umm yeah)

they are real, very real...i feel their presense all around stir, sometimes it frightens me, sometimes i just ignore it...but i feel it....i've never seen one except when i was a kid. i was even taken to psychologists to see what was wrong, and witches to be cleaned of any bad....thing is i was born within a family that practiced witchcraft and so it was around me always, i was just always protected from it and that did me bad...many have told me i have a "gift" of perceiving the dead...knowing when they are around and such things...i just never choose to exercise it...until this day it taunts my very thoughts, even in my dreams.

I always took a scientific point of view of ghost, yes I do assume they exist trying to be objective but admittedly I feel within me I have a firm believe...Watching the White Noise movie website (that is www.whitenoisemovie.com for those who didnt see it) screwed me big time...

I know they exist. My old house was haunted and so is a friend's of mine. Where I used to live, the doors with latches would lock themselves and my room was always deathy cold. I could hear people cry in my room when I was the only one there. I could never sleep.

With my friend's house when I was over there the one time, we went to see her sister and there she was lying in her bed. Then the door bell rang so we went to get it and it was her sister. Of course we went back up stairs with her and her room was all torn apart. Curtains were pulled down and torn, the bed was pissed on and the walls then had wholes... It was fun and that is why I know they are real.

I definately say yes, I have experience some before. I was in a cemetary at like 12am one day. With some people, and one guy was taken pics of the gravestones. Then when we were going to take a picture of Mary looking down upon us. He was trying to make sure his camera was on n then it like floated in the air, shook, then the camera took a picture. It was really cool, yet freak.

I will have to say they are real reason being well my ex and I where watching tv ( this was a while back ) well all of the sudden the tv statrted turning itself up my ex tried to turn it down well it would'nt go down when I looked at the receiver the numbers on it where going crazy. Well I got to thinking ok this is my dad ( He passed away when I was 15 ) so I was like daddy stop please turn the tv down the tv went back to the orginal volume. Then 15 mins later it did the same thing well my ex starts yelling STOP STOP that did'nt work it made it go up even louder so again I was like daddy please turn it down well while all this was going on I was able to snap a pics of it. Two days later we get the pics back well there was this haze all over the place. So I took the receiver in to make sure it was'nt having any probs well it turned out all ok not one thing was wrong with it.. So yes I do believe in ghost I feel my dad is with me all the time..

def. a beliver, i have to i live in northern ireland and there is an old castle next my house, which is haunted although many a nights have my friends and i stayed on the grounds and found nothing, but maybe we were too drunk to notice, but def. belive it! by the way 'darkknight6' i would very much love to see that picture, i love looking at them

yeah i believe that ghosts are real, we live next to a cemetary and we see ghosts walking around like they are looking for something and then sometimes i hear voices when i go and sit there. its really peaceful there and i go sit there alot.

Ghosts are just people who don't possess their earth suits anymore. When we see them it's not so much that they "appear" to us as it is that the eyes of our spiritual self are momentarliy opened and we see what's around us all the time in that plane of existance.

They are real. Very real. But like I try to tell my children. They can't hurt you, but they can make you hurt yourself. Most are friendly and don't realize they have passed.

I would say I believe in spirits rather than ghosts... I guess you could call them the same basic thing, but I dunno. That's just the way my mind goes....

Ghosts are actually here. Or there would no explaination for what I experiance every day. Pictures don't prove anything. Because pictures can lie. To know for sure ghosts are real you have to know them. you don't go to them, they will eventually come to you. but thats usally only if you know what your dealing with. Then again there are more than just ghosts and yes they will and can lie. So if you decide to go looking for them, remember that whatever they say can be a lie.

I strongly believe in ghost or spirits. True story.. I was walking my girlfriend home from a date and an evening at my home. We were about to cross a street when I had to stop and tie my shoe so I stopped on the side walk and she continued walking across the road. Suddenly this car appeared out of nowhere and moved like to hit my girlfriend. It all happened so fast that it is not all clear to me. I sttod up and moved to push my girlfriend out of the way and the next thing I know my girlfriend is on the side of the road and the car is barreling by us. I looked back at the stop where my girlfriend had been only moments before and there standing in here place was my gandfather.... Wierd thing is, My grandfather had been dead 2 years. I stood there staring at him. Then he smiled and was gone.

I definately believe in spirits wandering the earth searching for their perfect resolution. I don't mind sharing the planet with them but we have one that steals my hairbrush and that gets a bit irriatating after the first score or so of times

I dfinatly believe in spirits/ghosts. My aunt has one in her house...the owner twice past. Supposedly, he was murdered in that house by his wife. I'd think he'd be angry but he's not, i've seen him once before for like 2 seconds...he seemed to be sad then he was gone and i wasn't sure what to do.

i believe on ghost i have had a couple of nights waking up and seeing a couple either next to me or if my door is open i see them walk by or just stand there ive gotten use to it and im not afarid of them cuz if they were harmful then they would of done something already

Yes, I beleive in them very much. There have been times when I would go to visit my grandparents graves and feel someone lookng over my shoulder. Same when I would go to see my Fathers grave.

I think that ghost are real I have seen a few before. But the stories that go behind these people's death involve sorrow or pain. But then again I saw a ghost of my mother which i believe serves as a guardian to me.

One night my aunt and uncle were in their bedroom, they live in a really old house in the country. They were sleeping when my aunt woke up and saw a black figue down by the bottom of the bed, she actually felt it sit down on the bed and lean over to her. when it leaned close she saw it was her father who died two weeks previous. i dont know if it was a dream or real, but she said it sure did feel real.

Wow alot of people believe. Very few skeptics. I had the craziest thing happen to me a few nights ago. I was laying in bed staring at the wall like normal, unable to fall asleep. I felt myself start to finally drift off into sleep.. When all of a sudden I felt my bed move. It felt as thought someone had sat down right next to me. I could feel the bed sink down. I jumped not expecting it lol Then laughed and said can't you see I was almost sleeping? I can find humor in the oddest situations.
