I have recently been wondering how many exact powers can a witch have. It must vary upon person to person and thier psyche. So I have come to you, with a burning curiousity. What abilities do you know or theorize/believe a witch can have. Even if it is a myth or legend it still is coming closer to a conclusion. So please help me with your advice as to what abilities can attributed to a witch.
Kana, I think that a Witch can have as many or as few powers as he or she wants. They might want to have a few good strong spells that is their speciality, or a broad range of powers to help with anything.
very well said Cherry, some have the abilities to see, to heal, and to hear
a witch can have as many powers asshe wants but it will be up to him or her on how to youse the powers
That is very true as well some just of us just like to focus on certain aspects solely
for a true witch i think the possibilities of powers gained can be endless i know witches have natural powers that they just have and then they can also train to gain other abilities.
Just like with anything else practice and belief in what you are doing.
A Witch can have the powers that others that are not witches have. I know non-witches that have the mediumship and the Rekki healing. I kniw a non-witch that has studied crystals for years and can tell you the healing properties of each gem. Witches carry within them the beliefs and the gifts that they have opened themselves to. Some come natural to, to other's it takes work and study and practice.
I would have thought like everything in life, the longer you practice and learn.the greater your ability's become.
as well as gifted witches being born with powers that the learn to channel.
The power of persuasion. Very important to a witch. Without the ability to persuade the self and others that what you do is a) witchcraft, b) working, and c) right, you won't really get anywhere.
Otherwise you'll just be another house wife/husband making home remedies and saying prayers.
I agree the possibilities are endless as to what you can possess when you set your mind to these things.
Well without defining your interpretation of witch this is a hard question to answer. Powers...no...abilities perhaps. Knowledge is the answer to this and training within their group, coven or whatever name they perfer to call it. Wicca is entirely different from Trad Witchcraft and I don't think they would look at it like that. Most things depicted in movies is from a view of established religion and what they think it is and the powers they think a person working for the "devil" might have and with fiction it could be anything and superstition is the same. Most who depict it another way with embellishments like the movie the Craft based much of it on Wicca. Trad witches do not call Watchtowers or generally create circles...that was gotten from somewhere else...its ok I mean things evolve and offshoots form that incorporate other things.
Some have natural abilities to sense things...they are clairaudient or clairvoyant and other psychic things...how they deal with it and use it makes the difference. It isn't a given but many do and seems to go through family lines in many cases. I know it does in mine. There are always many people who only learn the ability to perform the magick taught within the context of their form of practice. They learn to be more aware and able to sense things over time. It's like playing the violin...some don't develop the skills.
Any abilities which a witch wishes to develop. How much devotion they are willing to commit to, I would imagine.

that qestion is so hard to anwser i believe their powers are through their spells not through stuff like on tv ex. throwing fire balls, and stuff like that i think they have hte ability to cast spells thats it. but i might be wrong.
I belive that a witch can have any/ or as many powers as he or she wishes to have if they truely belive in what they are doing and also they will have to learn about how to go about getting the power or powers and useing the correctly
I read once about witches and it's a popular belief that witches have power that has been bestowed upon them by their lineage. The power and energy that witches work with exist around us neutrally. It is neither good nor bad. So what is the power of a witch?
It is the power to change him or her -self for the better. It is the power to collect some of the energies around us, give it an intention, and re-direct it to create change. It is the power to be aware of one's own actions. It is the power to change one's life by changing oneself. It is the power to heal. It is the power to destroy what is no longer needed, and to release oneself from it. It is the power to create. It is the power to love and accept what cannot, will not, or should not be changed. It is the power to respect, love, nurish, and enjoy nature.
This question is akin to how skills can a single have. The answer is as many as they what. And like acquiring new skills a witch has to the time, effort and dedication into learning new powers.
Just remember that a real witch is concerned with becoming all powerful, and will not their powers for bad motives.
How many can one possess, well I guess it would depend on how many tey wanted to possess. Anything can be obtained.
Some "Powers" are natural born gifts that even non witches have but some choose to embrace them.
Raven very true, for those that are empaths that is one that has to be controled or you are just drained and that is never fun, especially being around negitive people
So what are limited only to a witches domain then?
What skill set would limit one to being called a witch, instead of something more?
I would have to say that Drakons post is the most accurate Ive read from the witches ive had the...interactions with.
They are not powerful people. I have met some that are strong, some that are kind, a couple that aren't so nice, and even a few that are warped.
However they are all lacking in any drive to learn beyond a limit, they dont want power, they want something different. So a talk of a witch with power, isn't something one does, as its not something all of them have.
i think a witch's power depends on how much they want to learn or gain, some are probably born with powers and some obtain them,it also depends on what powers they have light or dark, the latter being more powerful.
The with decides which powers she wants or doesn't want. The ones she wants she will train herself on.
Again, this is still generalized terms of "power"
What makes a witch what they are? What are the power they possess and study that makes them what they are? How does one quantify their "power" and call themselves, or be called a witch?
I guess it depends if both parents are wicthes are the more then one power from their mom and dad, , Iguess if they start out with one power their power s can grow over time
i honestly believe that a witch (male or female) can have s many or as few "powers" as they like but as is usually the case they must use them or lose them and i also believe they must also be in tune with their own personal energies.
a witch can have many powers, such as the ablilty to fly on a broom to the ablitly to see the future in crystal balls.
To say powers is to create an image of a witch like seen in "Witch Hunter Robin".
There are people wh claim to have powers, but being a Witch is to follow a belife structure beyond using magic, its a spiritual path. So I dont think by saying Witches have "powers" is a very fair interpritation of the belife system.
As for "powers" I have heard people say they have,
Pyrokinesis
Electrokinesis
Cryokinesis
Hydrokinesis
Tectokinesis
Telekinesis
Telepathy
Empathy
Mimicrie
Astral shifting
Astral projecting
Levitation
Suggestion
Divination
Precognition.
Some of these are aspects of witchcraft, many are not.
i think witches can have unlimited things to do.
or..
maybe theres certain levels that you can only learn certain ones.
kinda like a game or something.?
thats what i think..
I ,m sorry but the only "powers " a witch ,A real one that is does not have any powers other then there mind power and the knowledge they have gained for years of studying and learning . the god and goddess help us when needed.
The witch, as a person, male or female, has no real power other than the ability to invoke the power of the god and goddess through concentration and practice in his/her spells. It takes years of learning and lots of meditation.
As far as what kind of abilities that witch could have, completely depends on what that person wishes to know how to do, and making it happen. And making anything happen through a spell is only as a last resort when there are no other alternative methods abailable. So to put it in short, it depends on the intent of the witch.
ive always thought that you could have as many powers as you like considering they are all spells of some sort. the problem would be remembering them all and how to do them, some reason my chain of thought brings me to the colour of magic by terry pratch? you know and there is the wizard who can only remember the spell of creation is it?...its been a while but you get me
A witch will have as many gifts as it is within them to have. Each one is different and unique. Some will have an affinity towards certain things and others will not.
Some believe that the power within them comes from a specific source and some do not.
There is also the practical witchcraft that is practiced by many.
There are some that also believe that the power within is manifested in every day things that they do. Everything they touch and everything they create with their hands and heart.
I am of this beliefe as well. Everything I do is of importance to me and brings me a deeper understanding of life. It helps me grow as an individual and helps me express myself to the world around me.
It Depends On The Witch And Art Of Magic She Dabbles In. With The Darker Arts Theirs More Power And More Spell They Can Master. But You Need Remeber They Also Develop Their Own Powers Too.
A spell is as powerful as you can make it to be, its intent is your own, you can always create your own for what ever you want to do, in fact I say that's better to do, you know what you want it to do, instead of somebody's spell which can have hidden meaning
I completely agree with CelstiaNocturn
*hope I spelt that right*
A witch can have as many or as few powers as they wish either way keeping a few good strong rituals or spells at hand helps most witches and so does practice.
AngelsMort. xxx
I always believed that witches were simply given powers by whome ever was incharge of that fate and as they grew so did those powers... but thats what I believe
now I also believe that witches can obtain skills by practice such as:
meditaion, tuning into anothers mind, controlling them with pre existing psychic powers. moving things with their mind and leavtation. all controlled by using energy.
I believe a witch can have any power they want -- depending on how strong they are and the kind of spell they are casting .
I agree that it takes practice making possiblities enless, but I also believe that some can come from family lines and that some come faster then others.
I believe that it is more of faith and belief that they can enhance and gain from rather than having natural powers. Those powers are born from their belief so the more belief they have then the more powers they would possess
Depends on which witch I guess…….
Alexandrian, british, celtic, celedonii, dianic, ecletic, faery, gardner, hereditary, pictish or wiccan.
To know, to dare, to will, to keep.
As I see it a witch can have many powers but she is limited to the use of those powers. This meaning that they can use certain spells only x number of times a day, Some spells are more constrictive, such as, x number a day,for x number of months, x times a year. And also I belive that each witch has a certain spell that they are better at using than other spells.
the knowledge that a witch has can very ,it could be how to use herbs to heal or to kill, they may know how to make a poppet , or to see in to the past or present , they may know how to talk to the spirits of the wood , to make someone love you or to make someone hurt you or there selves .it all depends ,they can make charms and poultices, curses and hexes ,it depends on who and what you want.
I know I have my own certain abilities and some are stronger then others with the more practice I put into it. I know I could gain more abilities if I wanted to as well.
But I am not a greedy witch. I work with what I know and what comes naturally and build on that. I don't use any fancy potions or spells
Just the power of belief.
Shanelle, i practice witchcraft and have gifts. you are right to say that having talents does not make someone a witch but it also does not negate the possibility. also the gifts that some naturally have can be acheived by anyone willing to learn. the abilities are within all of us. it is just that few are born just hearing thoughts or knowing how to heal. for example.
you are right moon as a born witch from many generations of witches i practice too,,, i learn my heritage at a young age with my family i have somes abilities within me but i work with my spells etc, somes ppls come to me in the village for the same potions or spells for some it works for others it don't that all depends of the beliefs !!! as my abilities i do not heal but i can take the pain away(for a penny) i can't not hear what ppls think but i can't feel them inside,, i can see halo around them things like that !!! but i was born with it ...one of my friend as great abilities too and his a witch
yes witchs can have more then one, but its all depends on how power there mind and spirt and body are as one, some can only have one or few , some can have more the 4 powers, its all on how powerfull the body, spirt and mind are
I think the power to believe. To believe that the magic being worked it for a true purpose and to believe that the magic itself works.
Its no use practicing magic if you have no faith or belief in it.
What qualifies as a power? Is it some kind of ininate ability or talent? So would be a charasmatic person who people tend to follow be a power?
Or is it a supernatural ability that most people don't possess?
Its a well known fact, and trade secret, among "real" witches that the numbers of powers are in direct relationship and proportion to the number of licks it takes the witch to reach the center of a Tootie Pop.
Don't tell anyone but have fun counting. ;)
You are the only one that can answer that question..... It is a question of faith and belief in yourself... If you truly believe then the sky is the limit..... To obtain absolute power you must first absolutely surrender.... Can you truly handle having the universe in the palm of your hand? Dont feel bad few can..... Thats why few are trusted with more than the power of cheap parlor tricks.................
I have the powers I was born with, which come fairly standard, though people are much better off if they exercise them further.
Intelligence.
Empathy/Compassion.
Focus.
Intuition.
Strength of character.
Perception.
Strength of Will.
They arent what I would consider "witch powers". Just things all of us are born with, to one degree or another, which may or may not be exercised over a lifetime.
The more you exercise them, the better they work.
EVERYONES RESPONSES ARE QUITE INTERESTING. AS A PRACTICING SOLITARY WITCH. THE BELIEF IS WITHIN. ALL BODY MIND AND SPIRIT. THE ENERGY THAT YOU BRING FORTH AND PUT FORTH. SOME THINGS ARE VERY NATURAL AND OTHERS TAKE TIME AND PATIENCE TO LEARN. I DO NOT DEAL WITH WHAT I AM NOT STRONG IN. IT IS UP TO AND WITHIN EACH INDIVIDUAL WITCH TO LEARN AND GROW AS POSSIBILITES ARE ENDLESS AND I DO BELIEVE THE MORE KNOWLEDE YOU LEARN THE POWERFUL YOU CAN BECOME. BLESSED BE DARLA...
Perhaps it is not the "power", but the application of ability, gained from an organic grounded life. I have been saved by a sister of lighter being saved from walking pnenonia, she awoke my instinct both times I spent with her.
It is important to get to know any one who practices craft, if you wish to
Learn the craft, or if you want craft practiced for you.
Wiccians have social skills that are applicable to group dynamic.
I know a practice wiccian who operates a radio station who has prisons allowing wiccian rights to gather for worship. I call that the power to network, with a secret ingredient.
I personal find wiccian ritual, and craft very practical to living well.
If some one abuses that craft, and ability they will be pressed into isolation
Operating under pretense, then that same network holds them accountable.
Personally I think a witch can have as many powers as s/he allows her/himself to believe they have. I believe magick is based on belief and faith: in most cases, if you don't believe in what you're doing, it is not likely to actually work for you. I'm not saying this is a solid rule, just a generalization.
I dont like the word Powers...I prefer the word gifts....however that isnt exactly a good ord for ir either.
I believe that there are certain things a person can do....with the proper mental exercises, practice, and determination. I believe these can be made better over the course of time as he or she progresses.
It is however true that it depends on the individual what they can acomplish. Just like there are some people who are more apt to be better at sports than others, it is the same with the abilities of the individual in magick.
I will how ever state that although I am a Witch and a Shamanic practitioner there are many other types of magick users other than witches.
Our "power" if you call it that is our will power, and that can be as strong as a witch decides to make it.
I am going to have to agree with ~Dabbler~ on this one, as the witch...By the by, being male or female, does have certain traits, attributes as well as abilities that could be considered as "powers" to others.
But the belief system is differant then the "powers" that they either have had, or have developed over their lifetime. Belief is a system of thought. The manifested "power(s)" is a system of attribute, or ability that the mind can posess.
Hell, I am clairvoyant, not because I believe I am, but because it has been proven time and time again. I do not cast spells, insite incantations, or perform ritual because I believe they work, but because I know they do. As well as have seen the results at work.
Whether the individual is Wiccan, Pagan, Druid, Satanic, or whathaveyou, they are all divisible by theology. That is their main stay.
If the individual has had dorment "powers" since birth, then the individual would wish to practice them in order to fully be aware of how to use them either wisely or detrimentally, depending on choice.
I do hope this clears a few things up.
Most witches will have a certain power, like seeing into the future or something like that. But mainly, for the effectiveness of spells, you use faith. Faith is a must. If you don't have faith, you're SOL.
i believe like most here that it depends on the witch how much she puts into her learnings and how much she pratices the abilities.......just like everything in life we must learn how to walk before we can run........
I believe that witches have gifts on powers. It depends on faith and how hard you are willing to practice.
witches...like any others.....have only two "powers"
the power to open a book and learn
and the power to open their mind and believe
all else is candy coating
I think any real Witch could pull up any power with the right spell.
Speaking as a Witch myself. I feel that it's how you develop yourself. Some gifts may come natural but almost any gift can be developedwith in oneself for the sincere seeker of truths!
I also feel it is how well you develope your skills and how powerful you wish to be .
Many choose to have several gifts, and powers where some choose only to hone certain ones for themselves.
SO up to the individual I feel.
i think a witch can have as many powers as she wants as long as she has the strength and ability to learn them and use them effectively
i know that witches use alot of spells so depending on the spells that she uses would depend on her ability.
I would not call them powers. Basically it is a lot of experiences that taught the person how to do and perform certain things. They can learn and develop these abilities to as many or as few as they want.
to answer your question i would have to say "the ability to focus well and the ability to keep an open mind has the witch" which is admirable to say the least.
I believe a Which is a person with certain strong belief's some good some bad. The ability to pactice magic and cast spells.
There are 13 powers of the universe that a witch can claim, either through time, study and devoton, or transferred by a religious type ceremony by those before them
give success in love
curse
bless
speak to animals/beasts
speak to spirits
command the weather
cast out a blight
read the stars/heavens
divine the future
give good advise
bring forth good fortune
heal the sick
kill despair
there are others that I wont go into great detail about...but these are the main powers of a witch that are earned through devotion, and study...or like I said passed down through ritual/religious ceremony
I think it depends on the witch and how the witch is. Does the witch totally believe in what she practices? I think seeing as everything is of the mind Witches have many powers if their minds are strong.
depends on how involved and how much you believe, who you believe in and how you do and when you do your spells. A lot of studying is required as well.
A witch can have any ability he or she wants as long as they believe in themselves and work towards that particular goal.
personally, Im a seer. I get visions, past present and future. I have limited electokenesis, and limited telepathy -by that i dont mean I can pick up what people are kinda thinking by body language, but I can actually hear peoples thoughts and I can go deeper if I concentrate, but its harder to do when there are a lot of people around- Im also a medium and whats been described to me as an "omniclaire"as I have all the claires if you will i.e. voyant, audiuant, scentiant, and olefactus.
One of my ex students is a telekinetic and one of my ex's could light candles with his thoughts and yet another of my friends could summon or conjure things with his -not like spirits, but small physical items as long as he had a connection to them, however he couldnt just summon up a lump of gold or a piece of jewelry with it, which was too bad cause he was always broke lol
My aunt could call lightening to her staff before she passed away in 05 and so could my friends great grandmother, but she was a Santerian priestess so I guess thats different. Oh, and my best friend call wind and my other one is an empath.
Im sure there are a crap ton more powers out there, but I dont know all of them by any strech of the imagination, thought I am a bit of a power whore and Im always looking for people with new powers to hang around with.
Hope that helps a little to answer your question
To nightwish
Im wondering if you just didnt proof read your post before you put it up because you claimed that "all real witches are concerned with is becoming all powerful and not how they use their powers" If thats what you where meaning to say, then I think you need to spend some more time with real witches because that is not only untrue but rather insulting to be polite about it.
While it may be true that most witches (first gen, wiccans, family tradition/lineage or what have you) do work to gain a higher level of controll over their powers and powers outside of the scope they already are carrying is fully untrue.
Yes, there are witches out there that want to achieve omnipotence but that hardly qualifies the whole lot of us.

As I was always told after i followed the Wiccan religion, witches do not learn the same material as every other one. Some are stronger in powers they wish to persure in their practices, so you can posess as much 'power' as you wish in your practices, however many tend to stick to what they start learning as their main focus of practicing, such as herbs or reiki. Nobody can define the strenghts or weaknesses you posess in Wicca, one of many reasons my interest was peaked in the religion =)
Being a Witch and what powers you possess are as was stated ealier in this thread, it is Based on Belief.
One can do what ever one wishes as long as it is what you believe in, I know the women in my family have alot of talents/powers/belief. as well as the young does of them whether it be son or daughter.
Just should not ever use them for ill will..
The follower of the religion of Witch-craft or Wicca, are just like the others religions, to belief. Witchcraft is more to be in tune with mother nature. About the power, yes, there are power within any religion, is up to the person as how to use it. I have been practicing the witchcraft for the last 15 years, and it is a religion that brings surprises everyday.
Yes, but witchcraft to many merely means magick. Wicca is generally thought of as a religion that incorporates magickal practices from eclectic sources. They are referred to as witches by some. Traditional witchcraft is very different in practice and they don't have solitaries generally. Wicca is very popular in the US so most think of themselves as witches but when the name started to be used it was derogatory in use. Many outside of this country use other names and not witch but not all of course. Some are complaining about Wiccans using the name witch as well. I am not apart of this movement so I just observe. It is on either branch more than magick. It is what could be called a way of life. Magick is used as an enhancement. Traditionalists don't have three fold or the Rede and believe that what an individual does is for them to decide.
Magickal systems are something else and do not all go by the term witchcraft...it is not synonymous with magick. Reiki healing is relatively modern and not known prior to the 20th Century. There are a myriad of styles of healing and this is only one. So it isn't necessarily a practice of any form of witchcraft. Some have chosen to learn and use it within the scope of their lifestyle.
You don't generally think of witches throwing fireballs except in fiction. People do practice this sort of thing (or think they do) but it is generally not a physical thing but more of a psychic attack. They do have international tourneys but most don't know about them. This is more toward the vein of those who practice various magickal systems that are not associated with any sort of religion. People can call themselves anything they like, that is how it is now but technically that isn't always correct. I have been called a natural witch but I just shrug and say...hmmm.
I feel it is up to the individual as to what and how much they practice or meddle in as to the craft or wicca.
Wicca is a religion and many are practicing witches as well.
We (I) follow the laws of nature, as do most that I know, yet, some are more intune than the other. It is faith and belief I feel that makes you stronger or weaker.
There are so many opinions on this that, I am sure you will figure it out as you grow into your craft. :)
well For some it is a true belief and religion as to how you live and practice it is your choice.
Because when it is all said and done people still mock any and all religions and even attack them . everyone has to believe in soemthing so why bust anyones bubble on their beliefs, is how I look at it.
Some actually have a gift nd soem do not they learn magic.. so any hoo just an opinion and thought.. :)
Perhaps for some, the power is unlimited. Perhaps for some the power simply comes in the form of great knowledge.
well I know some do have a natural gift and then again some as you said comes from great knowledge and learning and experience over the years..
WE all have certain powers, whether it be magical or just the fact that some people have more persuasion than others in charm, or destruction, evil, good, smiling and doors open for them or good fortune etc...
.. I mean really how or why people or witches par say, have the powers they do over many things and even people... is really a mystery to many.
Magic, sometimes known as sorcery, is a conceptual system that asserts human ability to control or predict the natural world (including events, objects, people, and physical phenomena) through mystical, paranormal or supernatural means. The term can also refer to the practices employed by a person asserting this ability, and to beliefs that explain various events and phenomena in such terms. In many cultures the concept of magic is under pressure from, and in competition with, scientific and religious conceptual systems. This is particularly the case in the Christian West and the Muslim Middle East where the practice of magic is generally regarded as blasphemous or forbidden by orthodox leadership.
Anyways, I believe people are born with gifts or abilities and some are not.
I do not believe people born with gifts or arcane abilities are witches or even through hereditary.
A witches power stems from belief, the belief to manipulate, NOT the power to manipulate.
The only person with "power" to manipulate is the supreme being of your choice.
You can invoke a deity or spirit to have power, but without invocation your only power is belief.
As others have stated a witch has only what they are taught, experienced or asked by the gods and goddesses..Some have natural ablities within themselves.
As others have stated a witch has only what they are taught, experienced or asked by the gods and goddesses..Some have natural ability's within themselves....but most people dont even know they have natural ability's and are scared when it rears its head...for this reason i believe educationg the public is immportant, yet i can tell anyone anything , my mother is the only person that will not except this as fact nor will she tolorate me classifying my self as a witch
Personally i couldn't and wouldn't label myself as witch. No offense to those that do. A priest or a preacher that invokes the "holy spirit" doesn't classify themselves as a witch , yet the intentions are the same and sometimes with promising results. Only difference is the intent of the person. It has a lot to do with believing in yourself, visualization, concentration, the emotional levels, imagination, focus, will power, and energy involved. I learned healing. I was taught how by another, that learned it by reading a book of some sort and then i took that suggestion and used it as a tool should i ever have need of it. Does it work? Yes. When we remove doubt and become accepting possibilities, it opens doors of our minds. What really defines a witch would be my question since there are others out there in the world with the same capabilities as anyone else that does not classify themselves as such.
ive read that wiccans are a fairly modern religion and also there is a much older group of witches ,particuary in britian who recruit mostly through family.its not known how old they are but they seem to date back to the medieval times.
witches aren't limited in how many 'powers' they have. however, most of them are attuned to a specific method to the madness. their own methods often let them achieve most of what they want.
Since I am a witch I can say witches have many powers and can do many things. I have quite a few powers that stem from my studies..I use energy I also am psy and can see things that can or did happen. I am a Empath along with being a Medium...I also can control some of the Elements and such..So all in all Witches can have many powers but its how they use them that counts...
ive been a witch sence i was lilttle, its how i was raised..its about being in tune with nature and with ones self. not forgetting the the old ways.
For all these "answers", since the context of the subject still has yet to be defined...Folkloric witch, new age witch IE wiccan, magus etc.
The chaos of the answers may die down a bit if the poster will define the categories...Thus giving the viewers IE posters, something to actually discuss instead of debating on some undifined term and taking it out of context entirely.
If it is the folkloric witch, then I would have to say...Its familiar; which ever animal said witch prefers. Their couldron for brewing their magicks, their mortar and pestal as well as their symbols of the arcane, which ever they prefer for the spell they wish to cast, or the conjuring they wish to administer at said time.
Now, for the Wiccans out there...I would say, a memorized ritual to draw down the Moon, a call to the god/goddess, an athame for ritual as well as invocation of the spirit...Candles and incense for focus. Crystals for energy manipulation as well as healing qualities or whathaveyou, herbs such as sage and frankincense and myrrh for the added focal points, etc.
Which category(s) are we discussing? There are more then these examples I assure you.
