That's pretty cool of you to mention it here in the forum. I am happy to be of service to VR.

When I first came upon this site follwing links from a fansite of one of my favorite shows, "Kindred: The Embraced"- my interest in being here was not to meet people, but peruse The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory. Cool enough, I did meet a lot of great members- but continued to actively visit the databse and challenge myself with ideas on what I would add that may not be there.

For fans of all things 'Vampire', the Site Admins and Procurators are here to make this just that- THE Ultimate :) The forums are great, and our spot to personalize here rocks- but let us not forget that 'Our goal is to catalog everything there is to be cataloged about Vampires'.

Please utilize this website for all that it is. And if you have any ideas, I personally welcome any private messages to bring them to my attention.

Its been quite a while sine I saw this thread but just wanted to thank all who posted here for the congrats and the encouraging words. Since these appointments, I believe there are close to 100 new entries in the VDB ( maybe a little less). Since rating things helps you advance, please make it a point to check the database periodically and rate as much as you can. Thanks again.
