I made this a while ago, but I only have about 200 members from VR on here. They made the program running the map alot smoother and faster so I decided to bring it back. If you havent already then sign up.

Yeah, it must be a new map Art.. I was on there too, had to re-add myself.

Maybe it was somehow linked to Portfolios through some strange, mystic relational database on another plane of reality?

There are more people on this map than it shows. The map is only able to show about 50 pins at a time, there are over 200 members on this map.

Im really glad that everyone is liking this. The amount of participation this time around is staggering. There are now a total of 320 people on the map. Im still trying to figure a way out to see all the pins at the same time. Ill post when I do.

This would be cool to have as a part of VR itself instead of just in the forums.

i think the map is a great idea. I live in Australia and I put a post asking if anyone is near where I am I was surprised by how many ossies there are near me that are in VR

I would like to know how the map works. I mean, my browser clears all cookies etc and my Ip number rotates, but each time I go look at myself on the map (as you do) it knows who I am and that it's my pin!
