Ok, this is a far fetched question, but who knows anything is possible. If you were one who feeds off psychic prana, would it be possible to feed off psychic energy through the numerous pathways linking computers.

For example: If your your im'ing back and forth to someone are u able to tap into their energy.

I dont know the answer but if I remember other simalar threads to this there were answers that said that they could feed off of energy from electronic means. I guess it makes sense since you are making a connection with the person

I have done it myself connecting to friends and exchanging energies, mostly for healing, talking to the person directly helps to create the link. I find that its important to have the other persons permission therefore you create a strong link.

Over all if you can exchange healing energy then yes you can feed of each other's energy to.

I believe that if you have a connection with someone it doesnt matter where they are you can feed on their energy. I do it all the time with family and close friends......sometimes unconciously.
So, feeding through the net...yes its possible but, I wouldnt say your feeding 'through' the net, but you are connected to that person and now can psychicly feed....

I also feel that it is the connection between the two that makes it where you are able to feed wether it be through the net or over a phone.. I feel that if you are not connected the the person you are feeding from then you will not feed...

I also think it depends on your connection with the person/people you are attempting to feed from. I too have done it, both over the computer and on the phone, I dont think it had anything to do with the technology used to speak to that person, it was our personal connection.

I have did it myself without knowing I was..And i have had it done a few times with me..To me it isnt the ink or typing but the person behind the screen...You do get to know that one

i have no idea, i wouldnt want some one stealing my energy.. that would make me tired.. but maybe its possible it could happen

Yes, it can be done, but it's more about connecting with the person you're feeding from or passing energy to.... You can use that link to their energy to direct a tarot or rune reading, as well, or to send healing energy or energy to strengthen their shield or fill weakened/low reserves.

I have done it but I prefer not to because sometimes it takes more energy than you get.

It depends on the person too... some ppl it is easier to reach through methods like that while others it is very difficult....

Personally I'll take a thunder storm over than any day.

I don't think its possible as I don't think it can be transfered through technology.

If the person gets kicked offline you can still feel the tingling of thier energy. At least... if there energy has an kick behind it. (some ppl's energy is very strong... so those are the ones you are more likely to still feel a few hours later.)

It's like... creating a direct link fromt hat person to you... and it doesn't matter where they are. Thats the only way I can describe it.

people say they can as long as they have a connection with you personally, but i dont know if i believe all that or not. its still a question i am deliberating on.

There is definitely a difference, for me, in reading --- say forum posts and an IM exchange as far as my energy level is concerned.

It's relative to the connection I have with the person and the words that are used, and the ideas generated.

Not sure that energy comes from the other person, though. I think that specific energy has more to do with a special bloodmother manufacturing and recycling plant which resides in my head and works cooperatively with the chemical engine of my body.

The other person, their words or ideas are inspiration, a spark, for the energy I create.

I think it depends on how closely connected you are to the person at that moment. I'm sure the energy isn't as strong as it would be if you were standing next to them, but I think it's possible.

I am sure this is true, from personal experience.
I had made a friend in a chatroom a couple of years ago. He claimed to be acquainted with all things dark and paranormal, and a psi vamp at that. I just thought "yeah, yeah, pull the other leg."
But I began to notice that every time we spoke, my energy level would raise then suddenly drop off...couldn't think straight. I began to realize he was somehow psychically feeding off me, and I had to terminate the relationship. It was a friendly relationship but we would get into some deep discussions.
I felt quite a bit better, stronger, after I had not spoken to him for awhile.

Someone on here also mentioned bonds... Bonds are very important, and distance doesn't form a barrier if the bond is strong. If the person is feeding using the net as the link, it would be interrupted if the internet connection is lost. However, if the person used the net to find the person and establish a bond and used the bond itself as the link, the net going down would have no effect. (Affect? I never could remember the proper use of those two words!)

By communicating one can exchange energies "over the internet", though what you are really doing is using the communication as a focal point to exchange energies on an astral plane.

I do not believe that a person can "feed" from another person online. From my understanding, the one who feeds needs to be in the immediate vicinity of the one they are feeding upon.

Not necessarily, i have actually heard that with enough practice you can feed over distances and even through the phone.

With the internet you can feed online by linking with them and by so u can heal and strengthen them or even protect them from things that go bump in the night.It just depends on how strong your link is, if you use a sculpting link and that is basically a very direct link with someone and a very powerful one you can even remote view through their eyes and feel what is around them and what they are feeling.

lol this can be the same thing as somehow just KNOWING what the other person is experiancing. I have had many times where at the same time of day I was doing the same thing as several ppl I know on the internet ALL of which I could take energy from if I so chose to.

hmm... maybe I do this more than I think... I don't enjoy taking ppl's energy inr eal life because I do not like watching them suddenly have none so I stop myself from doing it.... but on the net I can't always see their actions so I may not know that I am feeding off of thier energy.

I HAVE noticed that I am normally a lot more happy when I am on the net than when I am with ppl in real life... maybe that is why.... (just a thought there.)

I exchange energy with friends and loved ones all the time on the phone. I believe it is the love we feel coming through. I guess if i were on line it would be similar but a bit harder for me. i don't feel as connected. I have to feel a bond between me and someone else to truly benefit and raise my energy. people i don't feel a bond with make me feel drained.

some "feed" of the I brought you down to my miery level so now if I cheer up by comparing my self to you (in a much worse situation)then i just feed of you at a vunurable moment.there are other extreme where this is possible say i act miserable to get encouragement I don't acualy need the time you spent cheering me up with your resources including is wasted and consumed by the perpatrator

Myself personally I havent done it or have been effected by it but I have spoken to a fair few ppl who say they can, so in answer to your question I couldnt answer it truthfully but I would guess it could happen.

I have received energy while engaged in a conversation with someone on here so it is possible

Though feeding through the Internet is possible, it isn't anywhere near effective enough as say touching someone like shaking their hand or holding them. I can take small amounts of energy from a distance of about 30cm, after that I can't notice any energy induction. Some people have different energies (not sure on the correct way to express this) but it's like some have 'sour milk' and others have 'sweet milk'.

I cannot control what I take, but I have left some people feeling faint, while most barely if even noticing that I take anything at all. However if you grab onto a copper wire on one end and I am on the other, I can feel something tingling. :)

So who knows, I didn't think plastics (material computers are mostly made of) could conduct anything.

I don't think it is the electronic connection but the psychological one that matters more.

I also feel anything is possible. It depends on the people and their connection. The medium in which the connection is shared shouldn't matter either.

I do believe that someone can feen off of another person's energy through the computer...I think it would be the same as just talking to someone and being able to feel what they feel cause you are an empath

Not easy for me, but have done it on a few occasions with people I know, and know their face and voice. Much easier and stronger for me face to face than over distance.

Call me crazy, but I believe it's certainly possible, if the person feeding is a strong enough empath. Though I think the amount of energy you'd get off that person through the net would be significantly less than if you fed off them face to face or the like.

I think if you are strong enough no matter how you make the connectionn once you are connected to someone you will be able to feed from with that connection!!

I agree with the ideal it is possible, often when I am chatting with someone online, after a bitt, I am able to feel them, I can tell if they are cold, hot, that type of thing, I can also read their emotions, so why would one not be able to link and feed from them if they chose too, but I also agree that it would be a lot of effort for very little energy, truly one would need to be close to them, its an interestign topic indeed.

Yes I do believe that if you are really connected to a certain person and you talk to them frequently that you can feed off there energy.

If it is someone who puts off a strong energy you don't need to talk to them for very long at all to connect to it. As soon as you can do that unless they have a good barrier things are very easy. I'd have to say the hardest ppl it is to do that to are those who manage to hide thier 'aura' from people. I have met people who do that and I cannot get a hold on their energy worth anything... I tried after I found out that they had actualy put a barrier up because most people don't. I thought that maybe it just wasn't a very strong energy to start with on some of them. Have met several people who have done that over the years and it's a very good method to stop psy vamps from draining you a bit through the net. Because as soon as I can identify a persons energy I can make a link directly to them and the internet connection is no longer needed.

Still wouldn't say this is a good way of getting energy though... after a while if you get it in only this method your energy will deplete... Psy vamps need to actually go someplace once that happens because it means that they have used up allt he good energy that was in the room they have been in and it is like slowly suffocating.

Personal connections would make a stronger bond for a more sensational feed. No arguments there, and even if there isn't a strong personal connection the ability to feed using technology is still possible, ( with consent). What really erks me is those you steal the psychic energy they need, what better way for them by using the internet.

I think anything is possible ... it seems to me that some people can connect on a higher level, one in which there is even stronger energies that can be passed back and forth. I know that when I find one of those people - someone that I feel a rush whenever I speak to - I crave the energy ... doesn't matter whether it is via the internet or phone or in person. what matters is the connection.

I'd say that it works through cell phones just the same.

You make the connection to the person, you don't simply have to rely on something physicaly connecting you to them to do so.

Yes I do absolutely think that if you are talking to some one on here or any type of instant messaging. That if there is a connection you can tap into there energy. Also I think it may depend on how high that persons energy level is.

true it could depend on how much ebergy output that person has, the stronger it is the easier for a psychic tendril to latch on.
