I was just sitting alone and I feel as if I am being watched and I just wondered if anyone else feels like this and who / what you think it is?

We are never truly alone in this life, we have family members past looking after us, or ghost that wonder the earth for the rest of eternity, its all on if you can feel them or not.

It all depends...it could be spirits...it could be some government device peeping in on us.

Government does have things that can look in to our homes and see what we are doing what we are wearing down to what we just ate. its creepy but true.

i believe we are never alone and i feel like something is watching me all the time. i don't know if it is my ex watching me or if it is a spirit or someone else.

I know...I used to work with a guy who's mom works at NASA...he called her one night at work and had the call on speakerphone AND she started scolding him about how he doesn't take care of the books for college that she spends her money on and informs him that he better go outside right then, and get his criminal justice book our of the back of his truck and put it inside of his truck.

He was so confused and wondered how she knew and she told him that she was looking at his truck in the parking lot via satellite and then asked him how much beer he drinks every week, cuz she could count 17 beer cans in the bed of his truck as well.

Kinda creepy isn't it?

Honestly i dont think we're ever alone, although our minds sometimes likes to tell us just that yet, indeed tht is just to tell ourselves we want an actual person to talk to near by. I believe we're nvr really alone though to answer your question simply...

Has now got me thinking about that. I remember a friend telling me she went to New York and was taking pictures. There were men in black clothing with microphones in their ear...going through some buildings.

When she got her pictures back the pictures of the men were no where in any of the pictures she has taken. She went back to where she had gotten the film developed and they said all of her film had been developed, but yet there were at least a half of a roll of film missing. The pictures of the buildings where the men where going in and out of, near the 9-11 site.

Also spirits could be around you letting you know those who passed before you are with you.

I try to think it is just my mind playing tricks on me but i do think there is ghosts or angels or something watching in the shadows..

There are energies all around us but most of the time we are unaware of them. For the most part, we believe we are alone because we disregard and/or are not attuned or sensitive enough to detect or believe in beings or things that are non-corporeal.

its possible that we are not alone. possible that someone somewhere is always watching, waiting. but then again it might just be your imgaination getting the better of you. just because you feel like someone is looking at you does not always mean that someone or something is, could just be an overactive imagination, its hard to tell. depends on the person. but hey, one never really knows what is out there now do they?

The ones who are passed are all around you just vibrating on different frequencies

i think the best answer was given by darkicewolf. we are surrounded by the spirits of those who have past.

there are so many explanations to what could be watching you

like the real world for instance, you may have a peeping tom

or on a different plane you may have a spirit or guardian angel following you

also people who have been close to you that have died tend to watch over those who are still alive ;)

I think we can only be alone if we choose to shut out all the world and the power and beings that can walk among it. Their are ways to block spirts and powers from your homes and you can become a person who never leaves and blocks all who try to visit with you but why would you want to most spirts don't try to hurt you.

Lol it's not the feeling of being watched, just the feelin of someone else being like right behind you or some shit. But most of the time, I just ignore it lmao.

As long as you don't feel scared or threatened I would just ignore it or even embrace it into your personal space. It's when you start to feel scared to be alone or unexplainable things start happening that you need to take action.

I agree, I always feel some sort of ghostly presence with me. Most people think it's God, I reckon it's something else.

I, like most the other posts, truly believe we are never alone, that we always have someone or something watching over us. Guardian Angels are the first thing that comes to mind, and the fact that we can sometimes feel the presence of the thing that is watching over us might be a suttle way of reminding us that we are never alone.

Gahh, all these conspiracy theories...They make me not want to take a shower without wearing shorts or something.

Seriously though, the other realms and or dimensions are always in our presence, even though they may not be able to view us, though sometimes we may view them...Does not mean, they are alway watching. We feel the presence of dieties, spirits as well as other worldly beings, and shadow creatures, this simply means they are around, but not actually acknowledging our presence.

I believe we are never alone do to the fact we have past family and friends that look over us. Plus we have physic and spirits that seem to also take over. Lastly, I believe that ghost can also be watching us when we least expect or know their presence around us.

I have been told by many I always have a dark personage with me; and often have many that follow me. I think they are some type of guardian, watching over me and granting me strength to overcome issues that I cross in life. I’ve been told under stressful situations people can sense a change in me, my eyes, my actions, become calm and authoritive. It comes in handy in my job; however some people find it very intimidating when it happens; and I don’t enjoy the thought of frightening people when these beings come closer to me.

well I feel that is a good thing that they help you become stronger actually in a sense if you think of it, and that is not frieghtening to me, just becoming more intune of the situation and circumstances is all..

I often feel as if I am not alone but m "psy" is spiritual communication. I have "spoken" to spirits my whole life, they seem to be drawn to me. Rarely am I afraid of the spirits that contact me but on occasion there have been malevolent beings that have contacted me but that is a rare occasion.

I have heard breathing behind me when I am alone in my apartment, to sound of footsteps while walking down an empty street, save for me, a hand stroking my hair, the sound of laughter (while out on the water, fishing)...

Its the warmth rising up from the ground inside a cemetery as you walk past the graves, on a cold night that can be creepy.

Of course, all cemeteries would have some sort of paranormal activity from within.

Part of me wonders - is it a combination of being overly sensitive to my surroundings mixed up with paranoia? Are there eyes watching me this moment?

we are never really alone. no matter where we go there is always spirits of the dead nearby keeping watch over us. the feeling of being watched is simply that at that moment you are more awear of the spitits around you

i really dont think we are ever alone. theres so much going on out in the world/universe that for me its hard to imagine that we could ever be alone. in some way or another i also feel that we are always surrounded by friends & family no matter where we are at in life. be they deceased or across many miles...

I agree. We always have our passed on loved ones looking after us. We also are recorded on camera several times a day, so we are being spied upon as well.

i feel as if with every second of the day something other then our selves or our loved ones is watching us. i have felt that with every waking momment our loved ones from the past watch over us and guide us. and at times they even protects us in ways that only they will understand.

Well actually I feel as if I constantly feel like there is someone watching me.

as i have gotton older it seems to happen more often like someone is watching me idk i know it is not being pariniod i think it is more like relatives that have passed on watching out for you

All my life I have felt like someone was watching me. When I was a kid, I believed it was Angels. Now I'm really not so sure. It could be the spirits of loved ones or something like that. I do feel it more strongly at certain times, but I have seldom felt that it was a threatening "spirit".

I hope I'm not ever alone. The thing that weirds me out the most is thinking that when I die, I'll be alone. Not like I'll be alone when I'm dying...but that when you finally do actually die...you have to do it all by yourself. I hate that thought.

It could be simply paranoia. I think that there are times when we are indeed alone. But depending on your belief in the paranormal some believe we're always surrounded by otherworld things.

I have the same thing happen to me all the time I think that it only happens when you and some one close to you dies but there also some other explanations that are out of the normal ranging from stalkers to on of my favs. evil entities

I think i would rather never be alone , I know my grandmother and my mother in law and father in law watch over my family as grandma said she would leave 3 pennys near me when she is there it happens all the time and my inlaws leave my husband tools, nails and things. We love to take walks together and talk to them as everytime we see a sign. :)

i felt that way all last night i was home alone all weekend and wasnt really bothered at all but last night i has the worst feeling i was being watch and there were strange noises all night in the hallways and in the walls ive lived here for 2 years and hav never been so scarred in my own house i didnt sleep at all i wish i knew wut it was
