I have this thought. I personally feel as though everyone has somekind of Gift...Something that beyond normal..

Mediums, Premonitions...People who can change other's feelings through music, etc.

If you have noticed these "Powers" Then lets hear about them, Tell people your abilities and be proud of them.

I can (and often do) manipulate people rather well...

i have always seemed to heal faster than others around me.i dont know what to attribute it to but its there none the less.

I do psychometry which we all have the gift to do.

I can read peoples feelings & have also been known to manipulate with surprising ease.

Regeneration is what you were thinking about...healing fast that is...

Myself...I Don't really know, besides the fact I can learn things by watching someone, I can see peoples Auras, but only in the dark...And I can...Well...Walk around in the dark just by hearing the ground...Kinda like a daredevel thing...But its not perfect.

Amaltheia, that's called empathy. We all have it to a degree, myself included. You're just naturally good at it. I'm empathic, and it aids in manipulating people.

I agree...But also, getting someone to believe a Lie, even if they know better, is neat too...lol...that is just being good of lying...

Perhaps it is a skill as much as it is an ability...I can spot people that share experiences with me,I can also "glean" perpetrators .

I am also a catalyst for the talents of others...the hard thing about that is keeping people from clinging to me for all their projects and then they lose their individuality.

I have learned to mask it through misdirection...my Craft and hobby range is vast that when I see someone struggle I pretend to want to learn about what they do and get them to stir about things they've layed aside.

Night Vision, Extraordinary Smell and Hearing, The power of Silence even on noisy ground, Power/Energy Sense, and Empathy insomuch as I can feel the fear and anger of others, to name a few ...

sounds like a Werewolf....I do share some of those abilities...but not all of them...I can sence danger and fear...and im also VERY silent...Especially in the woods, which is where I live...

It does sound that way but im not sure how well they climb and I have been seen scaling the sides of buildings before ... up to 3 stories ...

I think the only thing I sorta have, and it doesn't always work, is the ability to predict certain outcomes. What I mean by that is like sometimes I know what people are thinking before they even say it.

Animal empathy for me.

I have the ability to interact with or calm cats, dogs, and many other animals. I can sense their stress, but they also seem to sense my peaceful intentions.

Unfortunately, it does not seem to work with birds. Dirty freaking creatures anyways!

Is any one familiar with static flooding...the ability to block or reroute peoples train of thought?

It is a skill carneys use very effectively.

well... hmm... i do have a dark soul.. basicly meaning that the dead are drawn to me. it is easy for me to communicate with them. empathy, i have a few others that i have been exploring.

eh...i have been known to manipulate people very well. i'm also very very empathetic. i dont think either of those are supernatural though. Of the more supernatural things i can do...hm...well i've been known to make predictions. either through dreams or just by randomly saying/thinking things and having no idea where they come from. i dont consider this to be coincidence. it happens too often for that. *shrug* who knows?

La6Muerte66, empathy is having the ability to understand and identify someones emotions and experience, to be able to "put oneself in another persons shoes" so to speak. I think amaltheia would be best described as 'intuitive' :)

I have in the past talked to the dead, dreamt of things to come, seen past lives of myself and others and many other things. The one thing i can do that i dont hear others talking about is that i can smell sickness. The smell changes depending on the illness. Its very hard talking to someone knowing they are going to die and not being able to tell them . If i know them i can say you should see a doctor but often it is someone that i just run into at a store or bar or anywhere.

I'll say this: People do have a different odor when the are terminally ill. Especially whith cancer. I don't know if it's from the treatments or what but it's noticable. And..not to supernatural beings, to everyone.

Umm...I guess it would be that my skin is tougher than normal. Also, my empathy is levels above anyone I know. Also, I can "see" how something works, even a person's mind. It's like I have a 3D dissecting lab in my mind.

I have been practicing on my ability to read people and am getting quite good at it :) still have some control issues but im getting there :)

See, Alot of people have one gift in common well, its Empathy, Because I belve its because we are all slightly connected, some more then others

I have a tendency to feel when a spirit is close by or a ghost. Sometimes I can feel a gate open and close or a power rift.

I'm an Empath...I guess you can see that on my profile...I also have, at certain levels, precognitive abilities...sometimes premonitions(in dreams)...aside from the fact that I can sleep for days (that's special of course)...lol

I used to be able to see my future before it happened funny thing it was like event was actually happenening even though it didn't actually happen till years later. But I haven't been able to do that in years.

Let's see... I like many others am an empath. I can see, sense, and too a degree manipulate fire. I can find paths in total darkness, even running at full speed through the forest. And I have a neat little ability to hide myself in plain sight.

I have a very fine abillity to adapt to new circumstances and gain new abillities with quite of ease.

I am a "touch-know"...I can touch certain things and see what has been to them/it or around it. (PSYCHOMETRY)

Today I learned I can push the wrong buttons of people if i am not careful...ouch and my shin still hurts.

I have a special talent...~big grin~...I can see auras...and I seem to just take it for granted...:)

I have a knack for knowing if a person is trust worthy THE MOMENT I meet them.... I tell my friends that that person "smells funny" not really a sent just a vibe i catch from that individual and 9 times out of 10 they prove themselves to be just what I felt of them.... I also am not very easy to lie to..... and I can walk into a room and if unprepared (i've made mention of this in different forum posts) can feel some one else's mood.... or feelings.... that one is very new to me and am in the process of figuring out

I don't really know if this is so much of an ability as it is just my mind playing tricks on me, have yet to really distinguish the difference but I can see spirits.. and sense their emotions whether I can see them or not.

I don't know if it's a power but I can read people really well, I can....like... sense their..... I hate to use the word aura but thats probably the best way I can explain it, and I heal very quickly, and I get very small premonitions that feel kinda like deja vu's but........

i think everyone has a special ability...most can sense when something bad can happen..you get a certain feeling to let you know but whether you act on it is a different story..

I have the ability to move things with my mind but it hurts when i do it . i'm not mentally strong enough for it. (telekinesis)

I can see, feel, smell and hear spirits/ghosts. I can tell when someone is evil and can sense when a person has commited a crime against another person.
I have the ability to see the past through objects as well my dreams. I have had premonitions.

I am really good at seeing and giving or taking energies and I can read people see their lives and a pretty good empath.

i can feel peoples pain but not who or what but knows when it was that persons pain when i get news and it disoppears right away. so never know when im the one sick or them. so its said ill know when time is right if it will get more out there.. who knows. but we will see...

I have always been able to feel what other feel as well as have premonitions. When I was younger I used to be psychokinetic as well but find it hard to do now. I can see spirits and occasionally can see what people are thinking in pictures but have yet to gain control over when it happens.

I have always been able to read people. It used to be just getting to know them and read through their lies as most people can, but now, when I meet someone, I can look into their eyes and tell about them. I have been told I read souls. Not sure about that, but I usually 9 out of 10 times am right. This is a good thing because I know the person before they know me, but it can also be bad at times, because it can make you miss the time to get to know someone.

I am very good at manipulating people and changing peoples minds about things. I also have premonitions, but they show me things that are really of no use. But I do have them not often unless I concentrate on them.

I can manipulate very well. I can read and feel into others energy.. With that I take what I need, weather it be the knowledge or for my personal use..

I am very intuitive and clairvoyant, and if there are objects or things that I desire....I usually get them, sometimes without any effort at all.

I am an Empath. I also have some precognitive abilities. I can heal faster than most and I was able to recently heal damaged nerves in the back of my eye.

I can on occasion send thoughts to others or receive an Idea from someone as well.

However i think everyone has these abilities just they are stronger or weaker depending upon the individual and how open minded they are.

It would appear that I receive feelings of DejaVu more than the common man; if that is a special ability or just ... whatever, I have no clue.

i see things to come before they happen, i also tap into peoples emotions.

I'm an Empath as well, though the past few years, I have learned how to control it. If I don't want to be overwhelmed by the emotions flooding my envirionment, I can clear my head and make myself numb for a few hours.

we all have gifts we just have to take the time to find them. then learn how to use them. some people spend a lifetime trying to find there gifts and never do.

the power of intention is great and can move mountains.

you may say it's the power of prayer or meditation or you have psychic abilities but bottom line, you send the intended thought out, and thoughts become things.

Christian, hindu, muslim, wiccan, pagan, whatever it is, your intended focus on an issue or problem, can affect that situation or problems outcome.

well I can read the cards and have been kown to have some seriously freaking premenitions

i often find that i know things before they happen as well as know the truth of things when someone is either not being honest or being upfront,i believe that is a special ability.

I have the ability to connect spiritually, emotionally, and mentally with those who have gone before us. Sometimes I am affected by them physically, but this happens very rarely. I've helped several spirits who were lost find their loved ones on the other side. I'm still not exactly sure how I was able to do this - but I know that it happened.

I feel we all have special abilities ... In my case I have been told that I can sense something happening to people I care about without them knowing ... intuition .. i dunno :)

I get premonitions. Its something that most women in my family get actually.

i have an immunity to cold climates and if i stay in sun too long i get nose bleeds and light headed
i seem to have a lot less emotions then others.
things that make my friends and family cry or make them sad don't faze me in the slightest.

I am empathic and have premonitions. I am very sensitive to other people and their emotions so if I am around allot of people I can be like a roller coaster of emotions or just overwhelmed by it all... I also have an issue with my eyes and they receive to much light and I get migraines almost instantly when I enter a some what lighted area, but my night vision is beyond good.... Other than that I have nothing..... Except that I rupture blood vessel in my left eye when I sneeze or get the blood pumping to much and my eye goes completely red except for the pupil and iris.

Well I dont know if this happens to everyone but I create big connections with the people closest to me. I sense them and sometimes can know what they are thinking or what they are gonna say. Some people freak at first but I explain it to them and then its like a game. Especially with my little sister. I can sense her even when she's far away.

I have always been able to pick up on other's emotions... empathy...*nods her head* - it's never fun, but it's no wonder why i am always blocked lol

i sence people that is about to come over or i am about to see.

I can feel a person's emotion & tell when they are troubled. And before they tell me what is wrong I can usually tell them first. It scares the shit out of my best friend when I do that to him.

i have a sense of smell that is really crazy. i once tracked a girlfriend down in a large store from smell...(and she was not wearing perfume either!)

when ya have a dream and it comes true that could be seen as future reading?

I am able to dreamstalk have had that ability since in my teens .Learned it from my former Master.

Doom princess I dated a girl that can gauge a person by their jewlery, a very cool talent. She could tell the newest piece a person had, and sometimes the piece that it replaced. She could tell a "costume" person, over a "genuine person" as well.

My mother is wiccan and she is always getting mad at me cause I was born with a list of gifts (powers) and I have never tried to learn control over them. Just about all that I have read here I have experienced. The only one I can control is empathy and thats less control more just pointing it.

Really what i have is more of a psychic experience more than a vampire or werewolf. deja vu, mind reading (still needs controlling), and i have a little bit of empathy. it really isnt an ability, but i find myself stronger and tend to lose myself when i am angry, almost like a werewolf or shapeshifter. Right now i am in the middle of trying to perfect my mind reading, but usually i need an invitation to read someones mind before i am really allowed to... it is very strange, but really good when people are trying to keep intel away from you.

I have the uncanny ability not to trigger any ones defenses when telling you someone is good or bad a threat or none threatening

the Weirdest one I have, I can heal people just by touching them if a friend has a shoulder that hurts I can instantly heat my hands and lay them on the muscle and within a few minutes the pain is gone and they can go about their business my wife USED TO like it when her back would hurt I would sit there and just lay my hands on her back for about ten to twenty minutes and she wouldn't have pain for days. so yeah I can naturally heal people. but I think it has to be someone I love or care about I have never tried it with someone who I didn't get along with or didn't know

regeneration, swiftness, great hearing, sense of smell, and sight, able to land on my feet when falling from any height, and the ability to sense fear off of people.

I have empathy, ability to read thoughts...ergo, say what someone is thinking before they do...and I have been able to learn some things from my dreams. Also I have great intuition. Usually when I "feel" something is a certain way, it is.

i dont really have any special abilities im just very observent and good at reading people. I too can read people's emotions but its not because of any paranormal thing i just know my friends and pick up on the little things that no one else sees.

telling the future is a very special ability but only some people who claim to can do it

I have some natural ones though. I'm extremely lucky. I am good at understanding people's problems. I know basically what someone is going to say before they do.


Things everyone has that are special.

I think that we all have them, i mean i can see energy levels of everyone in a myriad of colors, ranging from bright violet for those of my friends that have trained with their energy's to almost black for the "Normal" person who doesnt even have the faintest idea that they have power

i think tha everybody have special habilities someone of them can use them and someone of them have the abilities hide forever

Honestly, Im not sure if these are even a special ability....but here goes....I have dreams where later on they come true...I have feelings about something not being right and later something bad happens....
