I was outside the other night and was able to enjoy our beautiful full moon. So I was wondering....


How does the Moon effect you? Hunger? A surge of power? A feeling of warmth and serenity?

I am more alive lol I gues it the thing to say I am affected by the full moon in all areas of myself. I love the full moon, energy , passion, magical etc.

Um... looks around...
I think when it's full moon, the power of the moon is most in effect.
I lay crystals and other magical tools outside for energizing..
often praying to the Mother......

Sometimes... I feel riled.. as in physicallly.
very hyper.. ready to do something.
I often have to go find things to do cause I'm up all night for days.

i find my third eye super heightened, and it's at this time that i am closest to the spirit realm!

full moon is very strong in me... when i'm outside i feel so energetic, it's like all my senses are sharp. Now, i feel a strong need of blood in full moon...

i get the hunger also, but since i'm pranic, i usually feed off the moon's energies at that time.

I love to just look at a full moon.

Makes me feel happy and content.

I dont really go outside during the full but i put my crystals out and feed of the power that they soak up

it awakens a primal part of me i usally go looking for trouble makers .. muggers rapist ect. and teach'em some manners

definitely more moody, sometimes restless, sometimes just makes me feel relaxed, I guess it is like any other day or night, just amplified.

The kids are nuts on the night before of the full moon and the night of the full moon. wow, the animals are even crazyer.

they say animals go a little nutsie at the time of the full moon...

i get hungry for both blood and sex for some reason. i always know when a full moon is near.

Usually it makes me more aware of my surroundings, gives me an increase in energy, makes me want to get up and do something, etc. But sometimes, like yesterday, I'm not effected at all.

The full moon brings out the crazyier side of me and it does scare people at times but the truth is that this is my favorite time of the month when the moon is at its fullest peak as it is right now.

To be honest the full moon does not really affect me, i mean it is nice to look at but other than that it does not have a special affect on me...

it really all depends. Sometimes the full moon makes me very crazy. where i feel i dont know which end is up. Anxious even.

othertimes, i feel very sensual and sexy.

and then sometimes i even feel angry.

any emotion i may be having is usually accentuated by the full moon.

i find my emotions heightened as well.

The only effect I notice is difficulty falling asleep and a fitful night of sleep on the night of the full mooon and usually 1 night before and after.

i find on a full moon my magic works better, im more agressive, and my sexuality is through the roof

What's cool is that there may me a psuedo-scientific reason that this full moon is having a greater effect this month.

The moon is at it's closest point to the earth this month, resulting in a bigger moon, and technically more light and a larger gravitational influence on us.

i natrually have bad endurance from medical issues but on the night of the full moon it completly goes away and i feel like energy is buzzing through me. i once took a walk outside on a full moon to enjoy it which turned into a skip then a jog and i ended up running so far from home i had to have some one pick me up the next morning. it was interesting explaining why i was on a dirt road outside the city limits.

I walked outside, enjoying the full moon the other night. I felt this pull, this surge of power and I had never felt so alive. It's like I could feel the life on every inch of me. It was amazing.

I haven't noticed that it has done anything to me but makes some of my friends a little nutty

I've never noticed an effect a full moon has on me. Sometimes I wonder if it's just in a person's head that a full moon has an exotic effect on them.

honestly, i think everyone's experience is as differrent as their own unique stamp of their personality.

I feel stronger, more calm and serene, but I have always been drawn to the night, and the night of the full Moon especially.

invigorating and calming all at once, it gives me a sense of ultimate content, yet it compels me to find something at the same time.

I'll get rather hyperactive or will sometimes stare at the moon for hours. I've always loved the moon, kind of worshipped it in a way.

Like some others here, i feel more alive, energised and absolutley buzzing plus more insightfull. I've always been a nightowl but the full moon amplifies it even more in me:) I love it

I enjoyed the fullmoon last night, I made my first full moon dinner, it was wonderful, then proceeded to do some rituals, then danced around singing it was great, made me fill so full of life.

on the full moon I do feel an energy spike of a sort. Warm and alive... light... uplifting. Safety and all kinda rolled into one.

Its a good feeling and I do tend to be outdoors for at least part of any night with a full moon to.. absorb some of those good feelings

usually the full moon dont affect me at all but last night I was a bit restless and was all hyped up my animal side was out a bit and my senses were sharper thats for sure.

Every full moon since I can rember, I have always stayed up all night. I want to go party, be wild in anyway possible, and I lust to be sexualy active. A few years back I started craving blood during a full moon. I meen I do anyway, but it become unbearable durring a full moon. I love it. I couldn't imagine my life any other way.

Well..i get this strange feeling just to stare at the moon and wanting to join its light.

It effects me differently each month..This full moon it calmed me, which was what i needed..Even the days before it i am usually moody and very well isnt sure ov the word but..It was a nice change this month for me, gave me peace and serenity , even though there was alot going on around me..I sat outside looking up at it, soaking up it's calming effect..

The full moon is directly tied to my hormonal cycle, being a girl and all. Last night I was up all night being far more animated than I usually am. Generally speaking full moons tend to make me horny. Lol.

It has alway made me hyper and energized. The sun puts me to sleep and always has, but the night calms me. Odd, since I have little night vision near lights. People say I am nightblind, but get me away from false lighting for a while and I can see like a cat in the dark. I love the moon. Full moons are the best nights of the whole month...

The full moon makes me more aware....more alive, and alot more playful. I also can feel the power surges coursing through my body. Like alot of people here I lay out crystals and charge them with the power of the moon and then draw off of that later. I also tend to be more hyper.

everytime i view a full moon..it just gives me a feeling of bein safe and secure..really hard to explain..i can gaze at one for hours and it feels like weight has been lifted off of me.

Perhaps it is completely subconcious and psychological (perhaps not) but the Full Moon does effect me, indeed.
I feel more "alive" as it feels that I have more energy in me... Yet, I can not ease until I use this kind of energy in a special way...
Also, if I 've got to think, sitting in a high place (top of a hill/mountain, roof of a building etc) while the Full Moon is up, it definetely helps me see things more clearly...

You may get some feelings of "warmth" from the moon, thats just cuz one is identified with some expanded new age idea.


Moon makes you lose your mind, makes you sensitive to emotions, especialy, raging with out a mind, in any kind of situation. your rational mind switches off, and you are in a agressive trouble sooner than you think.

Thats what it is, moon is crazy, and ppl go crazy from its energies.

I place my tools and crystals out under the full moon for cleansing and re-energising, then I have a simple Full Moon ritual I do.

I have a very primal reaction to the moon. It brings out the beast within my soul. Not saying I go all Wolfie on you guys not a shape shifter at all. I just tend to be more sensitive to out side stimulations such as this.

The full moon calms me immensely.
I am prone to anxiety attacks, but during a full moon I can go outside and the moon...ah...well helps me. It calms me almost instantly. I'm very grateful when my attacks coincide with the full moon.

The full moon has no real effect on me but for my daughter she get hyperactive.

The Effect has never been negative or positive on me other than I love the sight of it and every other celestial body I have seen(hence my profile).

I worship the moon, so when it is in its full stage I appreciate its beauty. It does energize me to an extent. Yet for the 5 days before/5 days after part of it, it can really mess with my moods! Is that normal? lol!

Oh yeah, and I also use the full moon to cleanse my crystals and revitalize them. :)

The only thing it does to me is make me want to party like crazy. I love having a bonfire and booze with some friends around when there is a full moon.

I love the full moon especially when it looks like it’s really close to your house. It makes me feel calm, and relaxed. It seems like I’m flowing with energy surrounding me.

For me it has always been attractive, but I've started noticing recently, it seems to drain me.

As I am more of a moon sign individual, my mood and attitude change according to which ever sun sign the moon is in during the period of the full moon. Somewhat of the definition of a true Luna or lunertic.

I'm definitely energized by the full moon's light. But it is also a peaceful feeling - not a phrenetic, chaotic energy. More of a power surge, I would say! When I'm outside during full moon, I find I can hardly take my eyes off it. I love to just bask in the light.

I just feel more when the moon is full. It seems to enhance my natural gifts.

Usually when there is a full moon, i tend to not be able to sleep. And i have this huge urge to open up the window above my bed and look at it all night. I know my one friend's eyes change color the closer to the full moon we get.
