I have found that a big part of what draws me to this site and the things it represents for me. what society and people think of as abnormal and dark in nature. To me is very much linked to my own sexuality. It creates a sense of peace in me to be surrounded by things like this in a place like this because I am very much in tune with my self and my sexuality.

As long as I can remember watching movies of vampires I have always associated the act of biting and blood in this way to be an erotic thing. It has always been linked to sexuality for me and not an act of violence.

I find blood to be extremely erotic in controled situations. I do not just find that the site of blood does this to me but yet the idea and reality of someone offering it as a gift to me from them.

I am curious to know what people think about this?

Well, I can see the connection. Blood is the life force, and can be very erotic. Also, blood is involved in birth, which isn't erotic, but a miracle. Then, in some cases, blood is involved in death. They say that if you bleed to death, it can be very erotic, a feeling of falling, your life passes in front of your eyes as a story. I personally don't find it to be a turn on, but can understand why you find it to be.

For me yes there is a certain point during love making that blood comes into play...it brings you to another level of pyschy....bonding with your partner on a different level. Its not something that is done with just anyone. It has to be someone very special that I care / love.
