I hope that hasn't been discussed before, because I couldn't find the specific thread, if there is, I apologize! Please let me know what you think about the following:

It is said that everyone has his own Guardian Angel... that might be true, especially if you believe in such things... but, are they always there? I ask that because I believe that in the same way as we have Guardian Angels we have some Evil Spirits that haunt us, in a way creating a balance between Good and Evil around us... That might be also true... but what about the other daemons, and spirits that are not so mellow and calm? What about the spirits that create an aura of Evil and daemonic shield that forbid you entering a room, that makes you go sleepless for days, that are so powerful that they can make you sick just by being there? Where is the Guardian Angel now? And if he's not there, how can we protect ourselves from the spirits or how can we summon the Angel to at least help us find another solution to protect?
Does anyone know any spell, any procedure, any ritual that can help us at least get a decent sleep at night? Have any of you experienced such phenomena? Have you ever feel your Guardian Angel?

I would like to thing that guardian angels do exist. I would explain why I have been able to stay out of so, so much trouble. I think if they do exist that it is a personal protection. Perhaps a close childhood friend who has passed, or a family member watching over us.

This theory with the close friend is very good and interesting... I actually never thought of that... Thank you for sharing!

I have to say that I don't think of it in those terms specifically (but thats me). However, I know for a fact something has to be keeping tabs on me or I'd have screwed the pooch long ago. I know it wasn't blind luck :P

I don't know anything about it except that you probably have to watch your butt when it comes to those things.

That is very interesting. I do believe that there is a gardian angel with everyone. What I think as far as the darker and more powerful demons and other evil spirits, I feel that they are far more powerful then any other. Sure, your gardian angel is there to guide you and protect you, but only to a point. If you go around summoning evil spirits and keep an open mind or soul, your angel will not be able to have to power to help you when the darker spirit comes after you. So, the best thing to do is to keep to a strong religion and don't mess with that type of thing.
As far as using spells, ect. to summon your angel to you, I do not know of any inperticular. But, I also do think that your angel is there ALL the time. Its just, if you mess with more powerful things in evil, your angel can't protect you. :/

Some say that by studying Reiki or Radiesthesy or other energy-related arts you can, at some level, touch your Guardian Angel and even see who it is and, after some practice, even call out to him and summon him... I have a hard time believing that, even after studying and practicing Reiki...

If guardian angels do exist, they are hardly going to be the type of creature to come running when we sound a bell. I think that they are more often than not, something fantastic to which we attribute getting out of a tight situation safely.

As far as the discussions of demonology and dark magic and guardian angels being 'weaker' or unable to protect you, I can only respond that one must protect onself when performing dark rituals or attempting to work with darker magic. It does tend to leave oneself open to all kinds of nasty things. I'm not speaking of demonic possession. There are no spirits strong enough to 'take over your body'. However, there are psychological side effects that will seem just as real.

The mind is powerful and can have devastating effects upon the world as well as good effects. Why would I willingly open myself to psychological sickness that incapacitates my ability to think?

Has anyoneone else given credit to the notion that sometime they act in more subtle manners? Maybe they act as that 'little voice' that helps us make the mundane decissions from which we stay out of danger or even make a gain from. Who do you thank when you find that $10 in your pants after they come out of the wash? Maybe you should thank the little voice that told you to check. These decissions are influenced everyday. The only thing we need to do is listen and give thanks.

I would like to think so, although I really am not so sure anymore. But I beleive that there is something out there watching over us. I have yet to feel this presence though.

I believe that Guardian Angels or Spirit Guides as some call them , even Angels exist , There was an accedient that I was in that I shouldn't have lived through . Something or some force saved me . as for the evil spirits and the Guardian Angels not being there , I believe they are there , I believe they wont let them hurt us , but we have to use our own will to rid them and not give in to them.

The existence of guardian angels and demons, fell spirits, etc, are always up for debate.

But if you are having some problems that you feel can only be explained by something supernatural, I would suggest going to a known and respected spiritual leader in your community. Whether you're Wiccan or Catholic, things like that shouldn't be taken lightly.

Have you also considered the possibility that there may be something more mundane to blame for whatever is going on? I have personally been through some weird stuff, and I ended going to a psychiatrist.

And guess what the bonified doctor said; I'm not crazy. He gave me a number for Catholic Social Services to discuss my spiritual issues there. Honestly, it wasn't the response I wanted, but the point is, it's a good idea to explore every possibility.

there will come a time in everyone lifes when they will see there keeper, not all are "angels" ive seen many differnt kinds. for my thrid eyes is open, when i see people i seen there ture self. some people are hear on earth just for one person, or person(s). i my self am hear to show my brother and sister and others in the art of protecting, but as i said not all of the keepers are good.
my grandfather was my human keeper when he died he still looked after me, when chris and eric died i found my two true keepers, jake and sam. when wear to gather i fill safer, its funny cuze jakes "evil" and sams "good" so its like there my ying and yang.

TO PREVENT NIGHTMARES

Place a glass of water out at your bedside before you go to

I do believe in the existance of Guardian Angels. I attribute my still being here to the intervention of My Guardian Angel.

I don't believe, however, that a Guardian Angel will be able, or perhaps choose to, help remove you from every negative situation. In order to learn from our mistakes, we must occasionally suffer some consequenses for making them.

As was stated, if it is possible that you are suffering from either a spiritual or organic issue, you should seek the counsel of either a spiritual advisor that you trust from the faith which you practice, or from a mentalo health or health care professional.

While I am certain my Guardian Angel saved my life, it took both proffesional and spiritual help and hard work to get "healthy" again

sometimes i would love to blame someone ifi have done wrong. maybe blame that some devil whispered into my ears so i wouldn't be liable of the act. however, blaming something that's unseen is absurd. i mean, in everything we do, it's always our choice.. there is nothing and no one to blame but ourselves..

on angels. say in a positive way. something good has happened, it is not your angel who did whatever that good thingy is. it is YOU who did it.

so i therefore conclude (hey this is just MY OPINION) that angeals and devils are ourselves.

I definitely hope in my heart of hearts that guardian angels do exist. I definitely also think that there are evil spirits that surround us a good amount of the time. I think it rather scary knowing that those evil spirits are around when we are unguarded by our guardian angels. I wonder though if it is our brief moments like those that are our opportunities to learn to fight and resist these evil spirits...a chance to test our wings so to speak.

I'm not sure if my "Guardian" is an Angel or a Devil. But I know some thing is always watching over me. It gets kinda creepy when I'm in the shower and I can feel it there. I mean come on.....a little privacy would be nice! lol

I do beleive they all exist, guardian angel, deamon, and spiritual guide along with the protector ones, some will just belong to a place, others to a person and will kind a attach themselve to him or her. Some will be in a passive mode, other in an active one, ineteracting others will just be there attach to the place. Some are a positve and powerfull force to enhance the good int he person or the place, others do the oposite, they more like ether a destructively protection force or just and observor of the others interacting, like a watcher of the events to come.

I have heard of a similar thread, but it was not as specific as this one. The idea that we all have a Guardian Angel watching over us and keeping us from harm and yet bad things still happen is a good topic of discussion.

While many people, many belonging to one form of christianity or other religion, believe that we have certain spirits and entities that follow us throughout our lives protecting us from the evil hordes of daemonic prescence and affliction, some not only believe in the idea of these "Guardians", but also in what can be called "Hellions".

Hellions can be described as entities that cause harm to individuals and the masses, inflict disease and famine on living beings, and are basically "watcher demons"-for lack of a better phrase- that follow a subject throughout there life causing bad things to happen.

Sometimes when an individual is feeling lost, mildly depressed due to a feeling of loneliness despite the company of loved ones, and is more or less having "one of those days", it is thought to be caused by the individual's Guardian and Hellion battling with one another for a period of time in the individual's life during which the victor will have uninterupted reign. For instance, were the Guardian to win the battle, for as many as several years, the Guardian would keep "unlucky" and harmful things from coming to its protected one, causing a "lucky streak" or grace period where the individual feels as if things are just "falling into place for them" for however long it takes for the Hellion to recover and begin resetting the The Balance. (The Balance=equilibrium between good and bad)

i believe we all have gaurdians. as for angels and demons, they have other things to do. i believe your gaurdian is nither good nor evil to begin with; however, based on your own desicions and actions, they are pushed one way or another. if you decide to go down one path they will fallow and help lead you down that path weather for good or bad.

angels and demons are differant from personal gaurdians. angels will come to your aide if you truely need them. and, so will demons. the main differance between angels and demons morality. angels are like straight edge vegan born agains who in my oppinion, however helpful they can be, are very boring and sometime "heroic" and as the say about heroes "a heroe is someone who gets someone else killed" angles will help you if it does not go against ANYTHING else or will do it in such a way that it isn't always help. demons, i believe, are not evil. they just don't have a high moral standing. they are the ones that have no problem harming someone else to save you.

as for spells to call them or meet them weather gaurdians, angels or demons. that's actually easier then it sounds. cast a circle for personal protection then do some in depth meditation. you will eventuall contact your gaurdian. angels and demons take a bit more time with maybe a bit of plane jumping.

I would not be doing spells to meet some spirits never know what you will end up with.
I do believe we have guardian spirits around us even if we don't believe in such things but I don't believe we have evil spirits around us all the time though not unless we invite that kind of attention

we do have guardians around us I don't know if I would call them angels or not as for evil spirits???? there is no evil,or good only want......I don't know what that means but budda says it is true

First let me address the good vs evil thing. Who are we to say which is which. Consider this. Does one that worships evil, consider themselves evil? I think not. when I was a Satanist.,I considered myself to be doing good works, and those of light to be bad. Good and evil are a matter of perspective.Just as normal and abnormal is.

Now, Do I believe in Guardian Angles? Of Course. I believe in all manner of spirits. Angelic, Demonic, Ghostly. They all have thier place in the Ethereal realm. Do I believe that everyone has a guardian angel? No. I believe that you have to ask for one, using the proper channels.Just as you must summon any spirit to do your bidding, so too, I believe, you must know how to summon Angels to guard you.

NyklDormir, about the hellions, I tired to find more info online and did not so far, but if I understand it, then the hellions are in constant confilct witht he guardian angels? but do they also interact with other spirits or demon in the paranormal realm or do they limit to one individual's gaurdian and this individual?

I have read more cases for everyone having a guardian angel than against.But me personally, I don't believe it.Being a vampire myself and dealing magicks etc.I tend to call upon my own guardians, and work with various energies for protection.

I believe that we all have guardian angels and that they are with us all the time....they dont help with everything but they help in certain ways.
Evil spirits ae also around us all the time.....basically I look at it as a on going battle of good vs. evil

Guardian angels ? Entirely possible...... Those little voices that warn you , that keep you out of trouble of danger....say that , "feeling" , you get if you were about to step on an airplane , then decide to take a later flight, only to find out the plane you WOULD have taken ,...crashed. That is a oversimplification of coarse , but you get the idea.
Evil spirits ? , again possible ..... I have just as many past experiences proving, (at least to me) , the existance of both....as well as the same amount of expriences proving it was my imagination......at this point , I am in a 60 / 40 split.

i do believe in guardian angels but how fun would life be if the guardian angel always kept things "safe" for us? being scared or whatever i just part of life and the angels seem to know that and not step into things ALL the time but thats just my opinion :)

My personal opinion on the matter is that there is no way to have a positive force looking over you without a negative one, everything is balanced type thing. It is upto the individual person which way they lean for support. We all know the big ones of right from wrong, but it's the grey area inbetween where we seek and need guidance, that's where our guardians come into play. Least that's how I see it.

Of course i believe in Guardian Angels, i have experiences in the past where i have lost loved ones and thought i was alone in this world, and had angels watching over me to keep me safe, to guide me in the right directions in life, i know it sounds dumb, but have had other family members that lost children, and their guardian angels have looked over the sibings left behind.

It is indeed often that it seems a lost cause but end up ether save in extremis and some dont see the intervantion of guardian angle, or when you really have no idea f what has to be done in this situation and its like a voice that tells yoou there is someithng wrong or to do, like a giude, then when you are just having this sudden desire to do something really mean and evil, painful against someone only for a small misunderstanding or little event without importance you need to hurt, or worst then it can be the inlfuence of this taugh blow in your mind by demons.

there is a balance of things..Me I have a good spirt the protects me but I also have a what some people would call a bad spirt protect me also. I am into the occult so mess. me and i wil try to fine a spell to help you.

my cousin has joined the seminary. he is becomming a priest and whats good about him is that he has this whole religion thing right... he will listen to all sides... and tell u where the christian side came from. he helped me to understand a lot, tho i dont agree with much of it, he has put a lot into perspective. and we recently spoke of guardian angels. and what he was learning is that every human being has a guardian angel. the angels are created long before the baby is born. so there is an abundance of guardian angels all ready waiting for children to be born.

so if thats truly the case, then of course there should be some sort of demons prepared for the same thing. there has to be a balance between good and evil so im sure thats the case.

as for any experience... one night i was sleeping. i tend to have nightmares often. and i woke up feeling strange as if i had a nightmare i couldnt remember. i thought nothing of it and as i started to fall back asleep i realized i was saying Belzlebub (satan's right hand man, like st michael is to god) over and over again in my head. and i was saying it so fast i didnt even realize.

i opened my eyes and in the left corner of the room i saw a shadow. im assuming of a man. but it was over 7ft tall. i froze. i started praying. then on the right side of the room i saw the wall but it was moving like waves. and it wasnt lit up but it wasnt dark either.

i closed my eyes. when i opened em back up, nothing was there at all.

i told my cousin of this. he told me that something was trying to tell me something. adn that belzlbub himself came for me and it was probably st michael on the right side of the room protecting me.

the only reason i believe this, is because i have always been connected to the other side. i have always seen adn felt things. whatever it was, it was trying to tell me something. but i have not honed my skills to understand. ive seen things like this since i was a small child.

i went to a pagan/wiccan gathering and we had a workshop on this...(this might have been what it was meant for) to help you protect against the spirit...you could try a simple purification spell or you could try smudging(spell?) all you have to do for that is to get some plain white sage light it and purify the house or place wherever...

I think I see my "Gaurdian Angel" and "Evil Spirit" as one entity for the most part, but I've never really called them by such terms, and for me their as simiple as fate, they will guide me to the right and wrong turns I must make in this life.

I am very much a believer in Guardian Angels and Evil Sprits. These beings are even pointed out in Biblical reference. I have never had trouble sleeping because of them though and hope that you find a definitive answer as to how to solve your delima.

I do not believe in guardian angels, because I don't believe in God. ( I hope nobody is offended by that, but I've thought it was a bunch of hooey since I was 9 years old.My mother freaked out when I told her!) I believe in spirit guides. I do agree that there is evil and good forces that we face in our lives.

i presonaly beleve, that we have gaurdian angles and demons arond us at all times. as you said, the balance of good and evil.

Well, my feelings on this is kinda skewed because I have thoughts and then I have feelings. I think it would be nice to believe we have guardian angels, and maybe we do, or maybe we dont. But as I have seen over 8 yrs being a medic, if we all do have guardian angels then what is thier fuction? Do they protect us? guard us? If so, why does such bad things happen? Of course some people bring it upon themselves, but what about those that do not. Like the baby left in a dumpster, it was simply just born. It didn't even ask for that. Or the pregnant mother hit by a drunk driver and killed and the 2 year old left behind with no mommy, and the driver that killed them is fine. If there are evil and good spirits, by whatever name, that watch or haunt us, why do they? and where did they come from? I would love to think we all have angels watching us, but I tend to think we do not, for if we did those things surely would not happen?? Or perhaps it is just all part of the big balance of the universe as a whole. Or maybe it all makes no sense and there is nothing watching us or helping us. But then I like to think, sometimes the angels win, sometimes the demons. But I suppose we all have our beliefs.

I have a guardian angel its my grandmother

I believe in angels and their ability to intervene. Do we have one particular angel that follows us around? Well, that I am not so sure about.
I've bore witness to a few angelic occurances as well as having seen some horrifically evil demonstrations by unseen forces.
I want to call the good things acts of angels and the bad ones, evil.

The evil that I witnessed, I would just lay it all down and swear without doubt that this was proof positive that there are forces that we just dont want to know about out there.
The angelic things I've witnessed, I still wrestle with... "well maybe it was this, or maybe it was that... pure coincidence... yada, yada".

Why is this so hard to except and why do we always doubt the good?

I do not believe in Angels as in sent from God from the Christian Bible.. but then that is because I am not Christian. ANd if you think about it. most of the references to Angles in there.. would you really want to meet one.. they are rarely waht people think of as guardian and calming and all.

Now do i believe we have a spirit that will help and protect us.. yes mine happnes to be named Jeremy lol. I am not sure if I have an evil spirit that is devoted to following me.. but i have felt and been near evil spirits.

How to deal with them. well that depends on what they are doing.. the being sick thing.. oohh yeah felt that not fun. The only thing i have found to fight that is to leave the area... the sickness only seems to work when I come upon them without warning. Once I know they are there if I can get away and basically clam myself.. I can go back without that effect.

Loseing sleep.. hhmm I have insomina lol so my being up for days is not abnormal lol but I do not think its a spirit. But if one is keeping you up.. hhmm.. smudging will help if you can do that. protection spells as well may aid you... and simply burning a white candle in the room may help.. the bigest part fo any of these things is you must believe they have the power to help you.

mmm now the being kept out of aplace.. I have never been blocked from entering... I have WANTED to avoid a place but never been refused the ability to enter by a spirit.

my guardian angel is my little brother. he helps me w/ everything but my evil spirit comes from hitler

madammina, I dont think guardian angels are there to save our lives. we make mistakes that even if spirit guides try to help us avoid, they cant stop us. They can only guide, we can only listen. or feel. in the end its up to us, and most people have a tendency to be hard headed.

Once when my daughter was walking to school she was push away from a moving car, when she stopped to look who pushed her, there was no one there, she swore to me a person pushed her out of the way. I like to believe it was her guardian angel protecting her.

I believe that our destiny will reach us in that moment of time it is meant too and until then we do have our guardian Angels around us :) Evil spirits I am not too sure..maybe those are the ones that makes me eat the cake... mmm

The only experience I've had with this was a cheeky little thing that kept poking me in the leg with something sharp while I was trying to sleep. They way I stopped it was by sprinkling black salt in the doorway and around my bed. It seemed to work... either that or he got bored!

My personal belief is, no we don't have an angel assigned to us. That is not to say one can not help us at certain times. We are put here on this earth to make it on our own. The way we respond to trials should make us a wiser.

i believe as was stated somwhere earlier that both guardian angels and evil spirits do exist, thogh do to my faith and personal experinces i believe that my guardian angel is more prevelant in my life than anything sinister though i have felt both present at one point or another

I was on the way to the hospital to visit my mother, who had had triple bypass surgery. I was sitting at a stoplight, and as soon as it changed, I stepped on the gas, gently. Suddenly my foot went to the floor, and I zoomed through the intersection, with no control from me at all. I looked into my rearview mirror in time to see the guy behind me get hit broadside by a man who ran the red light. If whatever pushed down on my foot hadn't done so, I would have been the one who was hit

Many of times my Guardian Angel has been there, but it is all a test, if you believe in such things.... You must believe in your guardian angel for them to be there....

I have to admit that I don't know much about Guardian Angels, although the idea is kind of cool. I do know about Totem Protectors. I have one and speak with him often. My Totem is the Wolf and he guards my well being and protects me from harm. But as with any wild thing he is unpredictable and may leave me to fight my own battles if he thinks the enemy beneath him. Also, when I've come across a dangerous entity as you are describing, Lupus may be fighting it off, just not ...doing so well, so to speak. Every being has it's own powers and it only makes sense that some are strong and some are weaker. Perhaps you could find out what your Totem Protector is and then use your living spirit, etc. to strengthen or aid your Totem to better fight off the Sleep stealer that is stlaking you. i think we have a guardian angel cuz when i was born i was not alive(i had my navel string aroun my throat) and when i was 5 i shud have drowned
and when i was 8 i got a wardrobe whit a glass door over me(i got a pice of glass in my lipp and nose and it did go all the way to between my eyes) and im fine i think

I believe in gaurdien angels for the simple fact that I have been in 2 car accidents and i should have died in the first and i lived.The second one my daughter and I should have died for sure b ut we r both still here thank the gaurdian angels but I am not too sure about the other

I do believe guardian angels exist and I agree that there are also evil spirits that haunt us. I am not sure that they are always there, but I believe if you have evil in your life, like a person who is close to you, that that evil comes through and you can even see it.

I believe there are guardian angels. I also believe that they are not on duty all the time. There are some things they let you experience so that you will learn from it. Sometimes, I think mine let me learn too much. They especially seem to think that Friday the 13th is a national holiday and they take a vacation on that day.

I believe a guardian angel may be the soul of someone who wasn't good enough to go to heaven, but not bad enough to go to hell, so they had a choice: eiether give up and become a ghost, or try to protect a mortal to merit passage into heaven.

Let me start by saying I believe in Angels and Demons.

Now to the question at hand.... I do not believe that everyone has a Guardian Angel..... (IF in fact they are there for everyone is the very fact that I do not believe in them mean that mine is no longer there?)

I believe that spirits off all kinds visit us through out our lifetime but do not become "attached" to us

silent fury, u ask great questions. only because my cousin is in the seminary do i understand this guardian angel business. I think that whether u believe or not, they are there. but like some said above me, the affects of any angel or demon will only be noticeable if u believe. (like voodoo, when u believe, u can be affected by the curses. yet if u dont believe, it cant harm u.) i think the same goes for angels and demons. so the fact that u dont believe in a guardian angel doesnt mean u dont have one. it just means that u wont notice if there is any other worldly help in ur life.

Guardian Angels do exist but as we get older we lose touch with them. As children we are innocent and our guardian angels are there to help guide and protect us. As we get older and begin to discern the difference between good and evil it’s up to us to guide ourselves upon our path. We are no longer able to see, hear, or interact with them like we did as children. I believe that when a child is playing with an imaginary friend they are actually playing with their guardian angel, and here is why:

My grandfather passed away 2 months before my oldest daughter was born, she would have been his first great granddaughter. Just like all children she played with her “imaginary friend”. When she was about 5 we were looking at some old pictures that my grandmother had given us when we came upon a picture of my grandfather when he was younger. My daughter pointed at him and told us that his name was Bert. My grandfather’s name was Hubert but everyone called him Bert. When I asked her how she knew that she told me that he told her when they first started playing together.

i believe that the gaurdien angel is there all the time!! even tho it may not seem like it! the only time you are without your gaurdien is when you are with the ferryman going to the afterlife!
and then your gaurdien angel goes to find another!
but evil spirits are also mis interpreted some times i think! if there is something stopping you from either entering a room or leaving a room then there is something the spirit doesn't wish for you to see! and so is shielding you!
only if you feel threatend is there something to worry about and you can protect yourself by making a protective circle!

Some sort of guardian angels do exist on some level, I believe. But it isn't good to dabble in with them either. Leave them be, and deep within, trust that they will protect you.

I believe both exist and have an ongoing spiritual warfare.....some people may be able to tap into their presence...I would know nothing of how to rid of their existance, seems to me once you have had the chance to see things at this level it just doesn't go away.

i dont personally believe in god but i say that we have a balance of things eg., good bad, male and female. so this could quite possibly be a link to what you are saying. we could have a `good` and `bad` spirit or higher power about us as an individual person for every good thing we do there has to be a bad thing or the world will be put out of balance if you get me but this could be interperated as guardien angles and bad/evil spirits

I find myself often getting out of trouble and bad situations that I really shouldnt. Sometimes its just strange how my life is literally seconds away from possibly ending but somehow it doesnt happen..I have felt like i do have a guardian angel

I believe every one has a spirit guide, everyone has angels around them, I beleive we have spirits of ones we have loved visit us also ghost hang around to they pass through, evil spirits I have never encountered

I believe there are guardian angels that watch over us. I also think there are evil spirits and demons and what not out there. I think that maybe the evil ones might be stronger...or maybe if our faith is weaker we are more suseptable to them. Maybe that's why our guardians are not able to help us with them, because of our faith.....Something to ponder.. Like alot of others here, I think you should consult a spiritual advisor you trust in your faith to help you with this problem.

I believe in guardian angels. I know that I would have been dead a long time ago, had it not been for them. One of my angels is actually not an angel at all, he is my partner. But, I do have angels that have saved me from 2 near death experiences. Both accidents I should have been killed, and both accidents I came out with barely any injuries. And, when you look at the cars, and how crushed they are, you would understand why I know I have guardian angels.

Yes, I believe there are spirit guardians, or angles even... I do not really believe there are dark spirits prohibiting entrance to some areas. That could be a touch of clarivoyance, or maybe your guardain is trying to warn you of something.

I believe we have an angel or another spirit watching over us at all times. One saved my gf life before, but she is gifted and can see such beings.

However we have to use caution and not invite trouble or harm to come into ours lives. It's a responsibility we owe to ourselves not to just be blind and let our guardian always protect us as if we were children.

Incidentally, good spirits and evil spirits, as well as their effect upon people is a very well documented and discussed occult topic. I have to go to work now, but when I return, or perhaps even later, I will expound more upon this subject.

yes there are gardien angles and lots of evil spirits but there are different types of evil and some that are there to remind you of whats to be or what has happend so dont be afraid.... the angles are not always there but they are there when you need them.... so be happy for the ones you have...

Many cultures dating back to before Biblical times believed in Guardian Spirits. The term angel was not really in use until Biblical times but the Native Americans believed that everything had a spirit and those spirits would assist and protect thier people in times of need. On the same hand tho, the idea of demonic presence or "evil spirits" has also been in practice for as long. Since the dawn of human conciousness there has been a fear of the unknown, of what lies beyond death, and what evil resides there to take us into the pit of darkness along with it, so a name was given to this fear...demon.
