A few years back, I went to see a well known psychic and was told that I was given the wrong name at birth and then asked the name I wished to be called. Needless to say, the name came right to mind as soon as she asked. Now, she said that when one is born, they are "destined" to fufill a certain name, and when one is given the wrong name they are unbalanced spiritually. Apparently, by being given the wrong name, ones fate becomes warped, if you will. What I ask is, do you feel this to be true? Why or why not? Do you have any other ideas as to what may be the truth in this instance? What do you feel happens spiritually when this happens? Can it really have that great of an effect on a person?
I had never heard of it before either. On the flip side, there are books on the subject stating that the name given to you at birth can set in place the path of your life.
I dont believe in fate, nor do i think a name is more than a name or t he stars more than stars. A name is just a label put to a concept, object or idea that would otherwise be unorganizable in the human mind. we cant just call everyone "hey you". know why the psychic told you that? he needed money, and got it i presume, without telling you anything that could be proven false. thats about my best attitude toward "psychics"
Whenever we name something, or one, we empower them. There are threads here on VR that asked for names for their cars, pets, and children. They know the importance of a name. As for our parents or adults that named us, most likely we were either named after a relative or the adults' favorite name. This naming helped us become an individual but it did not, most likely, empower us.
Very often in Life, we need to reclaim this personal power and claim our own names. Many adults do rename themselves in their later years after the people that named them die. This is done for courtesy but you do not need to wait. I was given a business card last week from one of my instructors. Her first name was crossed off the card and her new one written in. She had just renamed yourself from Tammy to Grace.
I myself don't care for my name that much. Whether it's just dislike or if it isn't what I should be called, I don't feel like my name is right for me. When I role play I end up using the same name all the time without thinking about it. I get into character and it feels right. When my friends call me by that name while role playing I never hesitate to respond. If I didn't care what my parents thought I would change my name in a heart beat. But I respect their decision. A name has its effects.
Some names aren't always accurate, but others describe a person quite well, whether it be a physical attribute or some other characteristic. However, I don't think they control our lives as much as some would think.

Its kinda funny really.. My name is Tabitha... first thing that comes to mind is Bewitched... I can actually twitch my nose but nothing happens. I have been renamed, just not legally. To some I am Koorine. There are alot of things a name can say about you... Have you ever noticed that there are some names that people will have in common and they share some personality traits? Maybe that has to do with the naming processes... Its an interesting thing to think on.
my birth name is britney dawn m., but its not me, if i could have it my way my name would be alexzandra sweet blood. most people call me alex or darkicewolf thats what my indain name means. but alex fits me so much more better then britney ever did, its my ture name and what i think is. that if we can find are ture names we will be in blance better, and more in tuned to what and who we are.
like my brother name is brandon, it fits him just like grace fits my sister(more or less her name should have been spitfire). but we may be given one name, yet pull to another, remember names mean thing, i read a book on it, and alex fit me, and britney was way way off. just do what you fill right.
a name is pretty much what they said, a label. i dont know people would be destined with a certain name, and if they were, how would you know if you chose the wrong one or not? i also agree that most market psycics are only there for cash.
In my culture which is Ojibwe the naming of children is not done till the child is 3 years old there are two reasons for this because a long time ago the mortality rate was so low that the spirit would just go back to the creator the second is that it takes that long to find out what the true spirit of the child is my name is niiwinnoodin which means Four Winds I was told that they could not pick a direction for me because I followed to many directions so I was named for all of them.
I happen to think that could be very true. Personally, I have never liked my given name, and shortened it to a nickname. I would change it if it didn't cost so much! My luck in life has been really terrible. I think my name has had a lot to do with it. It's awful when you cringe when someone calls your name.
There is no way to tell but yes a name could be out identity from another source. We cant choose our own names but it could be for any reason that we have the names that we do. We are given our names for a reason and to tell the reason for each individual person de3pends on that person and their family
the true power in a name is the power you give it this is evident in two quotes you hear alot "fear in a name only increases fear in the thing it's self" and "let your deads speak your name not your name speak your deads"
Name's have meanings behind them for a reason. It shapes who you are through your entire life. If your name doesn't fit your spirit, you will spend your entire life tring to fight it. There are many myths of people who's name was changed when thier spirit changed. And several cultures have cerimonies where a childs name is changed when they pass from childhood into adulthood.
My given name means "Jehova saves he who is as God"
My spirit's name means "Bear Brother"
I will say that I don't believe we need be bound by the names given us at birth. You alone have to live with your name and you alone should decide if the one you were given matches you appropriately. I do agree that many of us were probably subtly shaped by our names growing up but we also have every right to reject a given name in favor of one we find either more appealing or more fitting to who we are now.
I agree with felix.... My real name is Vickie Lynn & to me it sounds really countrified, especially when my mother yells at me *cringes* I mean come on the translation of my name means "victorious waterfall" What in blazes is so victorious about a waterfall? It does the same thing everyday & never changes. *BORING* Anyways enough of the rant. People should do as they choose, whether its keeping the name they were given at birth or switching it to something different. Whatever makes a person happy i guess should be the main factor....
I'm with Tzaddi - I would change my name is if didn't cost so much and involve so much paperwork! I have never felt that my name suites me and with the exception of my parents and my grandparents I don't answer to it. This isn't to be snide but it just doesn't register as my name. I go by a shortned nickname which I don't mind so much.
As for it messing with my life path. . .I'm not sure. But it would be wonderfully convenient if I could blame my issues in life on being given the wrong name.
sounds interesting. I haven't really heard of it before but would like to know more. Maybe that is why I hate my name and certain things have happened. Hmmm something to think about.

I would never legally change my name. It was a name given to me and it was the name my mother truley loved. I know what that is like because I went through the same with Alexis. I have loved that name since I was a small child. As I stated above I do have another name that was given to me, but I didnt choose it. It was given to me by someone very special to me and it is used only by that person and a few select others. I agree that it would be very heart breaking if Alexis ever changed her name. Its funny too, have you ever gone as far as to study your name in depth, not just the meanings but the characteristics that a name is said to give a person... Sometimes they are indeed dead on the nose. I find that a bit interesting.
i say that i name does have power. And that i was given the wrong named at times it fits. But other times i perfer to be called Tara or Shawna and not my real name. That and people keep messing it up when they try to say it or spell it.
Could be true. I was named a very unique name because my father said he felt compelled to do so for a reason and all my life I feel as if I am to do or be something I just cant figure out what
I understand completely what you mean about the whole "being given the wrong name at birth and warped future" thing. My current family realized that my name was not supposed to be Krystaline (as my mother named me) because my aura was all kinds of weird and nothing worked properly for me (tarot, palm-reading, all kinds of divination and magics). We found out that my true name was Salem, right off the bat, and so Salem I am. Having the name one is not destined for throws oneself completely out of wack. *nod*
i see wear your coming from imageinwords, but you have to under stand, what if on the in side your child felt likeit was wrong to have that name. dawn was my anut philles middle name, i was given it cuse evey one in the family loved her, she died 2 days before i was born. it would hurt my great grandmother if i changed my name. but she would under stand that it was not me, for even she saw i was not fit for it.
for god love im named after a soapoprah star that was cool back in my mothers day. theres so many britneys in my school its hard to know when its you someone's talken to. and i had a hard life, and still am, but im strong and keep my head up never stop loven no matter what.
what my names mean
true nameALEXZANDRA
Gender: Female
Root: ALEXANDER
Origin: Greek
Meaning: Protector of Men
birth name
Gender: Female
Root: BRITANNIA(britney not even spelled the right way)
Origin: English
Meaning: From Britain
As someone else already said- Names hold power
Ever seen the movie "IT"
They basically cover the effects of a name in that movie...
She could quite possibly be right- maybe you were born with the wrong name- but who knows?
I can't exactly say whether I believethat you can be given a wrong name or not. But I did see where someone had said that there are similar characteristics. I do believe that much is true....I've met several people with the same names, and they all tend to have the same type of perks, if you might say, along with the same flaws.
Yes, I think that everyone has their name fo a reason, but that doesn't mean its the right one or not. I was named by my father after his mother and her grandmother. At least it's better than what my mom had in mind, lol: Porthenia Sedonia.....being that I'm chunky that would just not do, haha.
I dont think anyones name destines their charecter or their lives... if it did, im sure there would be so many cursed for not having been given the correct name at birth. how are our parents to know?
I know I have the right name. My father gave it to me. And had esp.
After hearing all this, I suppose I will share my personal story which leads me to believe this is all very true. My given name is Julianne, which means cheerful. Now, not that I'm not cheerful, but... I just don't fit the description. Not only that, but I understand completely that I am a 20 year old girl who has absolutely no direction in life. I have no idea what I want to do for a career, nor can I see myself even 5 years down the road. Hell, I don't even know what tomorrow holds. When the psychic (who was not marketed really, rather on the DL but popular) asked me the name I would "fufill," I chose Rhiannon (Note that it was one of the names my mother actually wanted to name me... irony?). Rhiannon means "witch." This does make sense because I have always had a fascination with the occult and anything supernatural. It just seems fitting, like a glove.
I suppose this theory is very much so a "to each his own" type thing.
imageinwords- I very much so understand where you're coming from. I know my mother would be upset if I changed my name, even if my choice name was one of the few she had selected as possibilties. My question to you is did you name your child on your own, or did your family and friends aid or persaude/dissaude your decission?
I don't believe that our name means much of anything at birth. Having one name over another isn't going to necessarily "divert" our path one way or another. It's our actions that will affect our path, not the name. Some choose a magickal name to represent themselves on the mystical path, but this other name choosing is just a symbol of changing of the path towards what is more appropriate or correct for the individual.
We get all kinds of nicknames as we age and meeting new people, I don't see these nicknames as being misleading and causing us to veer from the path. People will pick names for their children as a reflection of their hopes and dreams for that child, but the name itself doesn't really carry any "power".
Well, my given name means beautiful in some language. Now that is a downright crock...I think I am one of the "cursed by name" people!! lol Oh well...
i dont feel a name has anything to do with the fate you, you make your own fate no matter what your name is !!!!
I have never heard of that before. But name means wildflower. Which kinda suits my personality.
I kinda understand what you mean. I don't feel my name fits me at all, which is why I don't go by it at all. My real name is Linda which mean 'beautiful' in spanish and although thats nice and everything, i just don't feel any conncetion to that name.
My name means "little lioness" and it fits me well. I chose my childrens names very carefully they were a coulple of weeks old before they got thier names. The all came to me in dreams. Especially my daughters. Its from the bible and she was the youngest daughter of Asher and had 4 older brothers. I had never read that verse untill I dreamt of the name "Serah" My grand mothers name was Grace Anastaisa So I named her Serah Grace unique and rare just like her!

" April ".....My name is assiosiated with "springtime" and "re-birth", or "showers" if you will , I am an earth sign also,.... close to it's powers, and kindred with the beasts.
Well, then tell me , WHAT does MY name mean to you. I know what I have heard , even from Nuns as they refer too it , LONG before this...I also know what I feel in my heart .....be carefull where you tread!
I personally believe things are pre-determined for us and that sometimes what is supposed to be gets mixed up.
So yes, I believe names have power. It would just go to figure.
Think of the faery tale Rumplestillskin.... where she had to guess his name- and the name had power over him...
in my opinion, we have no control over such things. our parents created and named us we had no choice. all we can do is make the best life possible with what we got
I believe mentally that it could have quite a big effect. When I was a child, I put a hyphen inbetween my first name (Debbie) and my second name (Anne) and I have no idea why... but now, I don't know how I feel about it.
ANother thing is, I have a real thing against people calling me Deborah. Deborah is short for Debbie, but my mum deliberately had me Christened Debbie because she didn't like Deborah... she can't quite explain why.
So, I suppose there is an awful lot of perceptive material in a name, and your relationship with a name, but I do not know if it is from a spiritual basis.
My mother named me after the witch "Samantha" on bewitched. I always find it funny, that I'm attracted to magick, vampyres, and the darker side of life. I don't think that my name created my fate though. It's an arbitrary thing that our parents name us. I've never felt that the name fitted me.
I believe that once your name is given, you should never change it. The one who gave it to you must have put some thought into it. My folks had planned a name for me for months before my arrival and then when the day came and I popped out into the world...they took one look at me and named me something different. I would never consider changing it. My name is Heather.
I don't think my name has molded or defined who I am.
this is something new to me I have never heard of such a thing befor....but I do see how it may be true.

I just deleted 8 useless posts from this thread. If you 'agree' or find this 'interesting'... do us a favor and just say it in your head, don't post it here. Those comments add nothing to this conversation.
yes i believe that our names we are given at birth our not our destined names.as i know my destined name is drake
No i don`t believe names in fate go hand in hand , fate is what you make of it ........
my first name is very different, it has 10 letters and a hyphen... My father named me.. To find the meaning is pretty much impossible.. lol as it is french. I used to go by CJ in school because noone could pronounce my name right...
I saw this thread and had to chuckle a bit because I post a newletter to a forum that I get from a numerologist and the last two were on good names for babies and then bad names for babies and it is all in the numbers. Some names under this way of thinking are more fortunate than others.
As Shakespeare so eloquently stated in Romeo and Juliet:
'Tis but thy name that is my enemy;
Thou art thyself, though not a Montague.
What's Montague? it is nor hand, nor foot,
Nor arm, nor face, nor any other part
Belonging to a man. O, be some other name!
What's in a name? that which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet;
So Romeo would, were he not Romeo call'd,
Retain that dear perfection which he owes
Without that title. Romeo, doff thy name,
And for that name which is no part of thee
Take all myself.
The name doen't make the person.
I can see very few reasons for changing your given name. I can relate an example from my own life. My niece had a very rough early childhood. My younger sister (her mother) was (and is) a hearvy drug user, couldn't keep a job, and had little to no involvement with her kids. She would leaave them at "friends" houses, drop them at my Mom's for a "few hours" and disappapear for days. Eventually my older sister went to cour and gained custody of my niece. She and her husband eventually adopted her. When they went to court to adopt her and have her last name changed to theirs, she requested that her given name be changed also, to sever the link with her mother, that was so painful. This, I feel is a very legitamate reason for a given name change. I really can't see changing it because a "psychic" tells you "It doesn't fit you"
names are names, unless they mean something to the person named then they are your greatest treasure
this is the first time hearing this i will have to look more into it. I have once thought about my name and how it sounds so wierd to me...
my moetal name is wrong for me too..so i go by my true namw kamara..this fis my soul the other doesn't...i don't believe in fate..but i believe in destiny.
i believe in destiny, my name human name means everything i'm not, and it is a htred that i ma sholdered wit it
I have heard of the reverse, as in someone being like there name. But not this example of being the wrong name. It's very interesting, Makes me wonder if my own name meaning "dark princess" was correct.
whats in a name.....nothing,everything,I have heard of this.
I am just glad that my mother did not decide to name me Michelle. that would have been unfortunate for me. I mean no offense to any Michelle reading this.
my name was changed wheni was 22 months old and i have been out of wack ever since. every time i have been reborn my name has alwyas been rosalind, axcept for this one. I have finally found the reason behind the inballance.
My name is old and odd at the same time....Krystena Shampayne...my first name after my grandmother and my middle name because my mother liked it...but they go together and have a special meaning for the person who gave them to me, so that means they are special and powerful to me as well...
words are only powerful if we give them that power. the same could be said for names and destiny. If we believe that our name destines us to go down a certain path in life, we will attribute our path to the name.
But it is nothing more than positive thinking and the power that our mind can control our situations and enviroment.
I looked my name up many years ago, and oddly enough it described me quite well. As for any certain destiny, I'm not so sure that my name has set me in a path.... I still truly belive that we shape our own destiny in life. Everyone belive what they belive. I will say one thing I wish that I had been named diffrently, but i belive I am a balanced person all the way around, more importantly you shouldn't doubt yourself over something like this.
as far as a name enpowering one that may be but some times it's hard to live up to a name that is given you. sometimes more is expected of you just because your named after some one great or of importance. it sucks.
I don't believe simply a name can warp anything.YOU are makes or breaks yer destiny..not simply letters..
I do believe names do not have an effect on your path.. ~NFA
I love my names; they're just so screwed up. My first name means "Bright Fame" so, with a lot of hard work and a little luck, I might be able to become the famous comic book artist I've always dreamed of. My surname, on the other hand, refers to "the north part of a graveyard allotted to the poor."
...yeah, so either I'll be famous or die a poor man, or maybe both! Weee!! ^_^
i dont think your name is what changes your fate. my name is chevy, and i choose my own fate
My husband and I were going to adopt a young boy (8) two years ago. His given name was Jake and it had no family ties at all..just the name given at birth. He felt an urgent need to change it to Scott and we helped him with this endever. Once the name change occured, he took on his true self... he was a lot more confident and secure in himself. I don't know if this is because of what you are speaking of or trying to get an answer for here. But, with the change of the name, came the change of an entire personality.
well here in india names of new born babies are kept by the position of celestial bodies. astrologers guide us in this matter by telling us what should be the first letter or alphabet for the name.
now this is interesting.....so when you recieve your name you are pre destined to fufill the given path of said name?.....that implies that all is predestined to begin with and contradicts the whole theory in the first place....unless the name itself has power and is an unknown force that invokes certain paths....which i find hard to believe....but stranger things have happened and an open mind may be what it takes to find out if any truth is there.....it may be context.....4 example like many words the word itself holds not as much meaning as the context in which its being used....if your name was adolf does that mean your given path is that of a terrible dictator?....no ....but its an example of how the name could be construed in that way....path or given journey of life because of name ....i think not.....lol...but these are the rantings and raveings of a mad man...hehe
well my mom and dad named me linette.... they origianally agreed on danelle i think wich would of suited me better since ive always hated the name linette..........so i couldnt really tell ya except no i dont like the name linette.... there is many more i think would of suited me than that even the one i was saposed to be originally named........
yeah i believe this is true.... if it wasnt my name would be adam and i wouldn't have lived past 3 months
when i was born my mother wanted to name me "Christopher" but my father didn't want everyone calling me Jr. for the rest of my life so he picked "Carlton". all of the first born men in my family on my fathers side have the initials "CLM". when i was baptized i did not have a Christian name so Christopher was added my name. now my initials "CCLM".
i hated my first name for a long time but grew to like it because it was different. my whole life i had to be different, when everybody turned right, i turned left. i never go the way of the majority, i always walk my own path.
So one can grow into a name.
I love my name and wouldn't change it for the world.
my birthname is misty marie but personally i belive it should of been isabella cause i feel so connected to that name.
Hmmm... I Do think names has powers.
I dont believe in anything, but there are some things I respect. I DO believe in the power of the human mind for example...
When I was younger, I didnt like my given name... I wanted a sweetest name for me... My name has a strong character and with my german surname... Well... I was told many times that my name sounds just PERFECT .
When I grew up, I looked for the significance of both of them, name and surname.
What I found, I must say, enteraly defines me. The name is invented, by a writer, its a kind of letters game... And it was meant as Buttefly, but this is just because the writer called her lover that way...
The surname means "dark valley" (not exactly, but I cant find better words)...
What can I say? Im a darky person, Im an artist. I DO invent ways of expressing myself. I think my names are just perfect for me.
I have a believe also, that EVERYTHING defines a person. Also the name.
I dont know if its disrispectful to change your given name just for aesthetic requirements... We have (in Argentina) many cases of name change because they were inappropiate for our language, offensive I must say... We have a law: you can change your name if this is offensive (like Conchita) or leads to a sex confussion (like Andrea). Also, there is the change of identity stuff. Because of as many of you know, we have too many dissapered people and baby childs from the 70 years... Some of them have reappeared and found their real family, Then they changed the names...
But going back to the power of the names in our lifes, yes; I Do believe name are important. Of course, you can always try to change your way or destiny...
i can see why it would be so important to name the right name. but with children u really cant name them properly because you havent known them that long. but on the same token, names shouldnt really matter. its the person that matters. its like age. im 24 in years but i truly feel my soul is older than that. its just a number. names are just names. its the person behind the name that matters.
"jennifer" is one of the typical 80s name for a girl. it means "White; fair; smooth" in Cornish. i hate it. i don't look like a "jennifer". if i could change my name, i have no idea what i would change it to.
i recently found out that my mother and my aunt made an agreement that whomever gave birth to a girl first, would name her "jennifer" after some soap opera star of that time. i won that gamble and i wish i didn't.
not only do i hate my name, but when some people forget that my name is "jennifer", they want to try and call me "jessica". i'm not sure what annoys me more- permantly having the name"jennifer" or being called "jessica" instead. how fucking hard is it to remember the name "jennifer", damn it?!
This is my first name
LEAH
Gender: Feminine
Usage: English, Jewish, Biblical
Pronounced: LEE-a (English) [key]
From the Hebrew name לֵאָה (Le'ah) which was probably derived from the Hebrew word לְאָה (le'ah) meaning "weary". Alternatively it might mean "mistress" or "ruler" in Assyrian. In the Old Testament she was the first wife of Jacob and the mother of seven of his children
Then I legally changed my name to
LILLIAN
Gender: Female
Origin: Latin
Meaning: A Lily, or God's Oath
My first name means the "weary and restless" And that is not mean at all I am so full of life I think I might explode so my first name was not the name I was to recieve by the future as it is.
hmmm...the three of us were named for relatives. i got my great grandmothers name , one brother my dads, and my other brother our great uncle...its hard to imagine another name..i have to think about that...
I never thought about it quite that way before.. I know I named all of my children based upon what they felt like their names should be.. I have Nicholas Alexander, Vivian Katarina and Kelly Liam.... They all fit their names very well.. I on the other hand have never felt conected to my name but have not found the right name that fits me ether.. Most people hear my name and assume its not real to being with and I was picked on alot as a child for it.. My birth name is Paris...
i guess it would all depend on the person, anything deeply rooted in belief can be true by perception, a name could be an outward reflection of ones spirit . say you have a fit and switch all the labels in your fridge the content may not be affected but you may have difficulty making a sandwich
thats is the only the opinion of a chaos worshiper so take it as you like
I agree. But at the same time,, people grow into their names. I have grown into mine. personalities and names will eventually mesh...
thesnark ur totally right about that. ppl make the name. i think i have grown into mine as well. i have never liked my name until ppl started asking me what i wanted it to be and i could think of no other name that would fit me.

Sure nbames have their special meanings, just here an example for you
George, sounds royal, and if you were named Scott or Rodney, now that really sounds like you are a street cleaner, or some rodent or such.
Names have their energy. Just my opinion...
Well I beleive the name givin most of the time is one chosen to descib waht the parents feel towards the child or waht the child radiantes and sometimes looks like.
I tried to find the mening of my name , never fount it, I have 3 kids and named them from what they made me feel from them and I know it would hurt me if they change it, ( I gave them each 2 names to make sure they can at least have a choice) but i would respect them if they at least explain, I would not change mine, still would liek to know its meaning.
The fate tho is not related to the name itself I think, more ot the choice th eperosn makes according to wath they are and waht they seek, their name is who they are yes but tis also who they represent, so indeed if you screw up well your name will be what ppl remember not your face, but your name.I mean think about the one who discover the continent or the light bulb or the laws of gravity, do we really remember their face? well not alot do but the name it remains eternaly, so it can be link ot the fate but its all up to the carrier of the name not the giver of ti.
I really don't think much of the name thing..it's just a means of identification.. My name is Rick..would my life be any differant if it were Micheal or Stephen?? probably not
i suppose that if your name was so not you that it made you itch, i could see changing it. i had aquaintances ( in the past ) who changed their names more often than their hair colour...that was all that changed..since you always take you with you everywhere you go (no matter what your calling yourself ) i saw no point.
Think About This,.... Who In History Has Been Great By The Name Skyler, Bubba, or Scooter?
i too could never legally change my first name, my last name sure, but not my first name. my name is special it was given to me by my mother, she looked long and hard on what she wanted to call her daughter, my name has many meanings and when choosing it she thought of those meanings.. if ever changed my name it would devestate her cause she carried me for nine months and in those nine months she thought of who she wanted her daughter to be.
For me the meaning of names is what you make it. A lot of people seem to see it as stereotypes in popular culture. Other people see the history in the name - which could run completely counter to the modern stereotype.
From where I sit, it's not the name that makes the person, it's the person who makes the name. Your name becomes a projection of yourself - your personal honor - your face to the world.
i do believe that a persons name can have a great affect on them and that if a person is named the "wrong" name it can affect them and their lives as well i have sometimes looked at people and thought "oh he looks like a steve" or something like that and i have no idea what makes me think that its kinda weird i guess
who cans ay what a setve or a marie looks like, no one but a buuba or a scooter well no one ether. all these name until you accomplish something are tno bodys, regardless if youare called like the great Alexandra, or the impress Sissi, no one will reconginse YOU, they will recogninse a name or someoone else so its up to YOU personaly to make YOUR anem something or someone. Its up to you to make YOU a special person with a special name, no one else but you, and it does nto depends on the given name, it depends on waht you want to accomplish with it then the name given becomes a anem with a destiny or a faith or wahtever you call it, it all makes the difference there and then the givine name is a ONE name its YOU, not yours but you.
After that ppl will say I know what a scooter looks like or a Steve its looks like this guy I knew.
i think the phyic was stoned your name has no way it will affect your life
