since there has been many discussions on the mythological creatures in this section i thought i would give this a try....people have been talking of angels and elves and elementals and what not and ive done some reasearch on some of the mythological beings.. so my questions ... is do you really belive that thes mythological creatures at one point an time existed or are they supernatural beings or are they just myths ????
some of the reaserch ive done
WHAT IS A FAIRY? ^^ A fairy is a tiny being in human from that possesses magical powers. The English word 'fairy' comes from the Old French faerie and the Latin fata, meaning 'fate'. The classical Greek Fates were believed to control the destiny of the human race. Fairies are called by different names in different places: faerie, fay, fey,the Little Folk, the Good People (Daoine Sidhe). Additionally, there is a whole variety of other supernatural beings that are generally classified as 'fairies', for example: elves, pixies, brownies and hobgoblins.
**ELVES: Merry creatures who live in colonies under the earth. They love parties, music and dancing and are known for making mischief. *PIXIES: Playful elfin creatures. England's West Country is famous for its helpful but mischievous Pixies (or Piskies, as they are known in Connwall). They occasionally misled travellers. *GOBLINS: Small grotesque creatures that like to make trouble for human beings. Hobgoblins, however, have a similar dispostion to Brownies, being friendly and good-humored (and fond of practical jokes). *BROWNIES: Helpful little men who sometimes assist with household chores. They have been said to visit farms in Scottland and get tasks done while the family sleeps. *DWARVES: The miners of the mountains. They never appear above ground during daylight hours because they will turn to stone. *GNOMES: Little bearded men who guard hidden treasure in the woods and hills where they live. *Leprechauns: Elvin Irish fairies who wear three-cornered hats. Every leprechaun has its hidden pot of gold.
I beleive that at one time they did exsist maybe not in the bible stories that people force down others throats but in perhaps another life or spiritual world they do.
I think that at sometime something existed that through the passage of time has eventually become the mythological creature
That doesn't mean whatever existed is anything like the myth, its just whatever started it
artemka i think i totally agree with your concept.........something had to start the myths......
i dont think there is a yes or no answer for this question, but there has to be something that started the myths, i believe that strongly that many of these creatures at 1 time possibly existed
I think they are real, they just live on another plane of existence and are able to come to this one whenever they wish.
I do believe in the spirit world and some if not many existed. I need to do more research, to see where many myths started.
The universe is much to big, and there are always things that happen that are unexplained..So why can't they really exist, even in todays society. I say they do exist. We vampires exist. Wolves exist..why not other creatures.
I too believe they existed at one time probably not in the whitewashed forms we have defined for us today. They may even exist now in one form or another or on another plane of existance. There are so many different myths that are similar it's too much not to believe in the possibility.
I do believe that mythical creatures once existed on this planet. I don’t necessarily believe in the forms that we know them as today. But I also believe they do still exist but in astral form.
as a wiccan i believe in them and that only those who have earned it get to see them in whole.
I know we have all heard this quote...
History becomes Legend
Legend becomes myth
think about it
I do believe these creatures exist(ed). Certainly in some form in the past and possibly somewhere in the present.
As others have stated myths and legends usually have some basis in fact. Too many ancient cultures had belief in these creature for them to be totally fictional.
images you do make a good point they could have been animals who have gone instinct ......
and i do like anouther concept i have read up above that legand becomes myth.......
ive always been open to the belief that at one point or another that myth wasnt exactly just a story, surely each in turn must have existed.
I tend to believe in them..I believe they live behind what others have called the Fairy Vail all of them are there and we humans are unable to cross this vail to the other side to be with the fey folk...
For me, it depends on the myth and the creature in question. Fairy's and trolls...not so much. Bessie the Loch Ness monster? It at least seems in the realm of probability that someone might have spotted a surviving dinosaur type thing; same with bigfoot...maybe some primitive andro-type or maybe just a crazy, hairy mountain man who has been running around the woods for years. *shrugs*
The thing is, there are too many fantastical things in mythology for me to believe they all existed: Minotaur's, Medusa, Pixies. I just can't believe in all that.... although I wished I could, in the sense that I do sometimes mourn the loss of childlike imagination in myself.
mythological creatures = their namesake, mythological.
Ive not seen griffins or dragons or Chimeras around. Are they all hiding? they must be damn good.
As for the something that started the myths, it is so far from what they turned into that it might as well be a completely different thing. It is like a fish story, just gets bigger and bigger, I don't really care if you caught a foot long trout in the beginning, now it has become a 20 foot long shark.....and they are very different creatures.
i have studied some on elves and what i have discovered was that in history elves were described as if they were midgets so do i believe elves were real sorta i do i guess in a way
did you really just say that according to your studies elves are magical midgets?
LOL!!!!!
my my
you know, we have found so so many fossils, bones, and all sorts of things, most of which, pre date humans.....why is it we have not found the bones of these mythological creatures? you need so much more than an idea, or speculation and hearsay. Everyone is just taking guesses here on why and how.....maybe just maybe we as humans get bored with reality and we spice things up with a little thing called imagination! it's what we do.
The ones you listed were all short beings, you missed out on tall gigantor type monsters.
Gigantors are lonely beings and usually the last of their kind. They might have good hearts, but because they are alone and have no mate they get twisted. But usually in all legends, some fair maiden breaks through and finds a heart in the belly of the beast. Kong Kong had a Romance with that girl in the white silk dress.
But I think the loss of the body through incorrect vampirism realignment, takes away the body and creates the little people, whom like to have a good time, and seem quite pleasant, but they seem to way lay travellers because the travellers are probably taller than them.
It is a Napoleon thing. It is quite simple. Vampirism must be done right to realign the body to make more gigantors with hearts they can share with Titan women.
That is my view, looking up and looking down at all of you, I am caught in the middle.
one thing i have learned is that anything in this world is possible
Honestly, that is great and all, but I don't see how that type of response adds to either side of the conversation at all.
I think some of them still exist but have gotten very good at hiding from us. Maybe they are afraid but I think they are probably more on the 'dont want to scare them' train or thought. I dont really know much.
Though I can't answer this with any fact.I feel that beings such as dragons live within us, as our emotions, desires, changing moods.Though I also believe that they may have a more physical aspect to them in another state of being that we cannot see in our 3D state.
I believe they have existed or something similar. There had to be some truth to the mythes. If not they wouldnt exist.
OK..so I am not trying to attack any person, but am attempting to play devil's advocate, so to speak, to people that are saying things like..."the myth had to start somewhere" etc. etc.
So, by this logic, if I tell a 5 year old a bed time story and create all sorts of mythical beasts and such...and they grow up to tell a other children and so on...does this become a "myth"? And further, does a bunch of people believing something have anything to do with the "truth" of a thing?
I am sorry, but people DO have imaginations, it is foolish to say things can't just be created out of thin air, because indeed, people invent stories every day.
I believe it is possible that they did exist at one point in time. Do they continue to exist today? Well, that is kind of like asking if undead vampires roam the earth. There is no "real" proof either way...so it's hard to really say I believe one way or the other.
Well I am a very open minded person and beleive that there is more out there then we even know. I can totally beleive that at one time there some form of a mythological creature. I know to this day they are digging up and finding animals and things we have never seen or even heard of. I do also think that some are just strories and wise tales that have been passed down.
it always works better that ur openminded to possibilities, other than the other things that people believe in like loch ness or whatever i happen to know for a fact that some of my best friends are bigfoot and espeically aliens. but all the others even though their not doesnt doesnt mean they dont exist. every living thing has its purpose and how it lives its life, if it wants to go out of its way to be known then it will otherwise its just nice to have beliefs in them.
Yeah, I was hanging out with the Stevedors at the South Street Seaport when a new ship pulled in, many children were missing, and I hit the nite club later after an all hands search for the killer came up empty. I talked with a stranger named Johnnie Darko, he pulled in from New Orleans, and he had like blood on his nails. He got drunk, and he told me his story.
He said people just didn'[t understand him, and what they don't understand they attribute to monstrosities, and he was just a gigantor of a person if you know what I mean, and all sorts of little people ganged up on him throughout time, so he had to defend himself agianst these little people whom he personified as "Monsters". I don't know it seemed like he was projecting back at his persecuters what he was accused of being.
Before he left for the bathroom, he pronounced:
"yeah, monsters are just personifications of actual living entities, they are just misunderstood, and then they go on rampages against everyone."
So I went to turn him in. The authorities came and they invaded the bathroom, but he hacked off the head of the short cop with his long nails, and then broke out through the dance floor, knocking down the elven vampires, and I made a dash for him, and I ended up on the floor and a girl in a mini dress looked down at me and said who was that.
I was kinda tired from the chase, but I managed to only say Jhooon Daaaark.
And so the legend lives, even though the personification of him as a monster is a phenomena misunderstood. Eye witnesses said he was a mythical creature, but I talked to him and found him capable of being coherent and humane, he just never had a chance to be either.
Every legend has its own seed of truth; now, this seed might've been created by human's fear of the unknown or fear of the "different", that's another story...
For example, here in Romania, we have our own fairies: Iele... Those are said to be some evil spirits, who live in the woods and come out at certain times of the night and on special dates, to lure young men into the woods and kill them by sucking their life out of them...
One of the source for this myth is based on the apparition of mental illness cases, on the homeless children, female children, who found sanctuary into the woods (most probably died there) and on the fact that young men, who were strong enough were sent for them to find them out and most probably were killed by wild animals...
Anyway, probably that the mythological creatures existed, in a form or another,(the unicorns are supposed to really existed but dissapeared because of the evolutionary line), and probably some of them exist today...
In our imagination though, all of them are exist and as long as there will be humans, there will be myths to tell...
Vampariah very interesting story. I must have to say I do enjoy your posts and Im never sure what Im going to get each time. It keeps me coming back.
i think they existed at one time but no longer, some creatures i believe were made up...but others i think there is a great possibility of their existance
yes unfortunately because of this worlds of judging without taking the time to get to know any of them is just cruel and sometimes some creatures arent able to live peaceful lives or whatnot.
like bigfoot, not everyone understands them, they try to live the lives they want to but with people who like to go and hunt them down or whatever it makes it hard for them to live the way they want to. Its any wonder that they would rather stay in hiding, to continue to remain as mere impossible legends.
wow i have to say there is alot of great feed back on this thread i want to thankyou all for it .....
VAMPARIAH i only posted a few of the myths i researched i didnt go into all of them well because there is alot of them....as some of you were so kind to bring up like nessie wich could very well be a dinasour that has made it through the times.......or dragons, griffins, giants of all sorts......the list can go on and on.....
images and VAMPARIAH nice stories on john dark ..... pretty cool...... but you too do make a point on it that is a good one....people make up stories everyday and generations and generations back yeah thes stories could very well of manafested into myths and legends ......but whos to know that maybe some of the stories did have some truth to them..... no one will know i think for sure unless we actually lived in those times.... it would be nice to think that yeah some of them did exist in one form or anouther..... who knows maybe we didnt evolve from the neaderthal maybe the neaderthals are the bigfoots today running around our woods...... all i know is going through some of the research on the fairys and such in those times there were so many diffrent parts of the world who all had simular belife and all were much related in so many ways......... it was interesting to me ...............
Although we'd all love for them to be real... I really don't think they are... not saying they never were.....
This is a nice thread.
I still think that there was always something that started the myth going. The problem is that people dramatise as the story gets passed from generation to generation until what you're left with is nothing like the original happening.
Kytrin's good quote from the Lord of the Rings, 'history became legend, legend became myth' - it sounds good but recorded history is not quite accurate, it is usually written by people who won wars - not by the guys that lost them - the truth will be somewhere in between.
Some of the myths will be stories started as amusement. I mean Bram Stoker wrote a really good book and there are people today who really believe his character is real, imagine that in a few centuries time!
Also, imagine someone digging up the VR server in a few hundred years and finding a fragment of Sevenn's post mentioning 'magical midgets' - "Look professor, people of the 21st century recorded magical midgets" and another myth is born.
Sometimes myth can be traced back to something that can be explained with modern knowledge, but you're never quite sure if that exactly explains the myth away.
On the other side, it's not fair to say something can't exist because we've never found it. Scientists and explorers are constantly finding new stuff everyday - whole tribes of natives in the South Americas, huge creatures under the sea.
Amongst all this confusion will be the hoax, the people who have set out to create trouble - the famous Loch Ness monster picture now confessed to be a fake.
There will be a point of origin to all the myths, but I don't think we will ever tie down each and every one.
... of course, one of the myths, could always be based on the truth ....
i believe they may still exsist not as descibed but more as very simular beings , it is just like the myth of dragons when you have several areas of the world seeing roughly the same type of creature around the same time then something has to be considered , after all all myths are based from a truth some use exaggerations to help tell them others may not
at some point they may have bin real but know for them to be real is only up to the human mind that imangens them like a small child the human mind is a powerful thing so i guess if you really belive they were real then they could have bin or not
The use of "who know's" or "I've never seen one but maybe" as a means of supporting faith, is a very slippery slope. I caution against it. One could find oneself suddenly wondering if gravity isn't in fact little angels whose sole purpose is to hold us by our ankles to keep us from flying off the planet..."I've never seen them but maybe they do exist". You may go so far as waiting up every night to see if your hands engage in conversation with each other and conspire against you. "Who knows?" they may already be doing that.
I'm not saying that faith or belief in possibility is wrong, but merely pointing out that one should acknowledge that it's faith and not a form of observative science. The scientific method doesn't make every theory legitimate simply because we can't yet prove it wrong. Have faith, have belief but understand that reason may not be related to it.
FelixFelix
lol thats an interesting point you were makeing ....lol.....i like the little agles holding us down so we dont fly away......and that yes science cant prove everything.... its the reason why we have myths........ cammelot was never found nor excalibure with the myth of merlin and the lady in the lake..........or was it.... how do we know that king arthur and them were real ? weve got stories of them are they true? maybe merlin could of been a pagan priest not as he is clamed to be a wizzard...... it all goes by what we read what we reasearch and what we believe in our minds to be real..... and what we want to belive....somethings can be fact yet still carry fiction with them.....fact versus fiction.... its a concept that will forever be unexplained ......
right...in the end, if you want to believe in little angels holding you down to the earth, then it is absolutely your choice...I can't prove that it isn't true no matter how far fetched it may seem and science has no way of working within an 'angelic' or supernatural framework so they can't disprove it either.
Dragons, vampires, faeries, elves, zombies, werewolves, etc: What it comes down to is simply (like you said) how much you want to believe and what you need for yourself in order to believe. It's unlikely that someone else can convince you to switch one way or the other.
Can't really say either way for there are no theories to truely back up either side so I go with if it makes you happy and thats what you believe then go for it and if you don't then that is your right of choice as well.
Although it is entirely possible that stories of these creatures have been made up, it interests me greatly the need that prompted their creation.
I'm sure there's probably a mix... it also depends on how you define "real". No doubt there was "something" that was encountered that led to the explanation of an "elf" or a "fairy" or a "pixie" - but was that a creature or some other unrelated phenomenon is the operative question.
Many myths exist. Often myths are a creation of a society to explain good or bad events.
The Joseph Campbell series is excellent. But the tapes and listen to them in the car
My Grandma used to say "where there is smoke there is fire". Back in her day..that was almost always true, not so much today with machines that make only smoke and other props.
I have discovered that things change over time and through many retellings. However, somewhere there was a minute grain of truth that began the whole story.
And, we tend to have faith in a Higher Power (s) without seeing them. Why not have a similar faith in other things unseen?
THere had to be a basis behind the myth so yes i do think that mythological creatures did exsist.
Vampires, elves, and brownies, oh my!
(...brownies??? That's the first I've heard of those.)
It's easy to scoff at these things, but then you kind of have to study your own belief system. Yeah, I believe in God, whatever he is, spaghetti monster in the sky, sure, and I believe in some of the things I've seen. (Some, mind you. :D)
So, while I've never seen any of these specific creatures, I suppose that does not mean they do not exist. Still...I'm going with the "I'll believe it when I see it" outlook.
Arunima
the old fantasy movie( willow) had brownies in it. it was actually a good movie..... had val kilmer in it to that played mad mardigan........ but anyway alot of people go by that concept ill belive it when i see it.... and well thats ok too.....not everybody can belive everything or this world would be in serious trouble...........
I believe that all myths and legends are based in fact....
It human nature to explain the unexplainable with stories of the supernatural.....
The story of Atlantis may or may not be based an Mediterrian Island Nation destroyed by a Volcanic Eruption.....
There is proof that Ancient Greece's monsters were created from the remains of Dinosaur bones......
So since they are based in truth.... it makes sense that other Myths are also based in truth.....
Of course we need to keep in mind that all Myths and Legends are stories that have been exaggerated a bit.....
Humans love to blow things out of preportion....
:)
i believe that they are real, it just depends on which mythological creature you are talking about dragons, fairies, werewolves, witches, vampires. any of those could or could not exist now or ever.
I came on to make the point about the dinasaur bones having arisen the lore about behemoths, gigantors, et cetera, it went against the bible, and yet these bones were found and so they caled them dragons.
We have addressed the stories of the little people, now make way for the large creatures.
As far as the Greek mythoglical creation stories, there was the Titans which were the forbears of Zeus and the regular sized gods. The titans may have been the dinasaur bone explanation.
But the worst of the large monster stories is the David and Goliath story. Goliath as I have come to understand it, Goliath was the system, and David was one man against the machine.
Of course King Arthur's Camelot was real, didn't you see Monty Python and the Holy Graile? Sometimes life is about putting a sword into stone, and sometimes in order to be King one must pull the sword out of the ROCK.
i can belive that about the dragons VAMPARIAH
and yes i do belive everyone has seen that movie like i said we have stories about them and they could be real but there is probably some fiction that goes with them too...............
I do believe that some form of being existed. But, as with so many other things, over time the story has been embellished. The myth had to start somewhere.
I would just like to know how certain Myths and Legends came about......
What was the inspiration?
indeed, plus how does one even begin to distinguish which one is fact or fiction. real or not real. sometimes even i have a hard time believing in somethings because ive never seen with my own eyes. for the things i have seen its inspired me to be open to the possibility that perhaps in one time or another such beings were real.
I believe all sorts of magical or mythical animals exist. The stories are too numorous and from too many places that di dnot have contact for them to just be stories. Or that is my thought
I can agree with some of the posts here. I am one who have seen things that are hard to explain. I dont mean to be wishy washy but how do we know everything that is out there. I am very open minded to the idea that there could be more but have to agree with the statements that Felix has stated.
Aye they exist, And to explain how and where i would have to get into the splitting of the planes of existance and It is way too long.
I am not going to write about the Narwal whale, the male of which had a long tusk that was sold to European kings as unicorns.
Dragons are not a good thing, anything that breathes fire and keeps a woman from facing life in their dungeons is bad for us all.
The whole premise of the white night coming to save them is because dragons are bad and they need to be destroyed. Yes I am sure there are some fine dragons out there, but I would say it is more the exception than the rule.
I beleive that once they may of existed because where would the storys/ myth have come from but other myths like the toothfairy others like that are just myths
I either believe either they excisted at one time or ,like us, they are another but unlike some of us are more privet about it
I have personally seen many things people say can not or do not exist. Myth's were often based in some kind of fact. Alternate dimensions, astral space species that died out or left for elsewhere, I know more exists than just what can be seen and "proven" by science.
If you only believe in that small spectrum that can be seen by all and proven, what a small world that must be.
love and light,
LadyHela
I believe a very long time ago there may have been something of the sort but in these days and times nothing could exsist like that no one believes enough
I think at one point people may have believed that midgets were elves and stuff like that. Stuff like Bigfoot may have existed same with loch ness but who knows. I would like them to that would do wonders for the scientific world and maybe raise there eyebrows to a broader world.
I think one of two things.
That either A) Mythical creatures did at one point exist on this planet and died out
or B) They exist to this day in a different realm or universe.
No one can really say for sure can they?
thye d oexist.. evry one of them.. do
but wit hall the movies and such...would you show yourself t ohumans who can be so stupid at times....but as i said they d oexist.. and will continue t oexist
whether it be the loch ness or trolls or heck even the easter rabbit, theres always endless possibilities, i like to believe in realms, each of them could exist. thats at least saying theres some hope.
i like that duneshifter..... about the hope..... but is it that we hope they exist so we want to belive they do.....i belive alot of they myths are true just over time they have been spruced up to make them seem more magical to spice up the imagenation...... but then again i guess we will never really know..... there has been alot of good points made and i thanks all of you for those ........and alot of us seem to agree on something started the myths so some how something of that nature had to exist .... just what i dont think we will ever know.....
all myths start as truths...I think at one point these creatures or something similar existed..but i guess that'll remain a mystery....until someone finds proof, we'll never know
my working theory is that the Gods (Greek, roman, norse.......ect.) as well as the mythological creatures of the world are Nephilim.
if this is so, it would explain a lot.
But if Nephillem exist...
that does not mean they are the inspirations for other Mythical creatures...
Their are Legends that predate the Nephillem.... and the Gregori....
but it is possible that all supernatural creatures have a common ancestory.
I still say that because it was long ago that they could be seen physically..too many cultures mention the same beings
we cannot say for sure, there is steriotypical views of everything myths is just one of them, we cannot say for sure whether anything is real or did exist at one time unless we have proof but what makes a fairy, or any mythical creature for that matter? maybe our views are wrong?maybe everything came from someone's imagination yet sometimes when we have things in our imagination they are in fact real and we do not know it. they might in fact be supernatural beings or just like regular humans maybe in fact part of both.
you have got to find the fossilized bone of the creature to support it's existence. It is one thing to say that these mythical creatures "maybe" existed, but another to prove it. Some religious texts say that God put the dinosaur bones into the earth to confound us, as who could imagine such gargantuan creatures did ever walk the earth? You can't really.
But there was that extinct fish that they found off the coast of Madagascar (starts with a "C") which was to have lived during the time of the dinosaurs (you know they had the commercial about it) but it is not just a fish story.
When we can trace in the sediment a creature whose exact bone skeleton configuration lived at a time as the dinosaurs it brings all the other dinosaurs to life, for if this contemporary beast the C fish existed then as it exists now, then some higher force did not put those dinosaur bones into the earth to confound us, but time did.
But we go from the Macro to the minescule, Dinasaurs to us, as intelligence pays off in longevity, but ultimately the ability to breed asexually and not to have higher thinking is the trait that will infest the earth of the future in the insect, they will take over the earth. But that is just a prophecy, or a myth waiting to happen.
and have you ever watched the discovery channel? weird stuff on there
Myth, reality or supernatural...
with all myths the is a bit of reality as a basis, just with deja vu you do not know why you know what you do but you just do.
i think that they exsisted well not all of them maybe only a couple ofthem andthe others are prolly peoples naming thkngs that they didnt understand long time ago
darkvampyricprincess
i totally understand what your saying..... but how do you explain the fact that to many countries in that day and age that really didnt have any real contact have so many simularities on the ferries for instance...... how do you really explain that ......like i said before thats interesting....
and as far as science finding proof .....lol.... science cant prove everything and when they try to do it they always go for a more logical explenation then really trying to be more oppenminded about things.........
well, you guys went to the supernatural to understand life, you read the mythologies and you see troll and that is all you think about, some non-existant creature there has been no bones found of.
What I have found is that by trying to figure out the game of life played on me, all of the things I have felt can be traced back to the beginning of the non-explanation of life, the mythologies, religions, philosophies, even sciecnes and medicine are incomplete.
It all comes full circle, and when I joined around Halloween of last year, I had bite marks on my neck and so I came here. I cannibalize thought sytems to perfect my own, and I never believed for one instance that supernatural creatures exist. But during the trip I have felt many monsters inside of me, and this is why I can relate to how the Declaration of Independence says:
"We hold these truths to be self evident"
that is all fine and dandy, but if America is built on the foundation of a lie, that they don't want to explain because the trip of life is something some people take and find the truth of. I will perfect my phiolosphy and read through the front page myths, the body counts from the war exagerated to make a numerological point. To know the truth you have to be in the Dead Squad truck picking up the bodies. I see even in the war book I have written, that history is forged to make a point on another level, yes even history is a myth too.
We must find what these self evident truths are, and if we do not have the courage to face these blind truths, then we must have faith in others accounts and regard their stories as mythology.
X-mas time I will put a resent in my potion page, as a gift to all of you. The truth should be hidden from the ones who do not seek. But all gifts are a curse, if you can maximize the filtered down rendition of perfect sin, and not let it turn you into a demon, then you will use the power and not be used by the power.
I happen to believe that is definently more out there than can be seen..I believe because we no longer possess the innocence of a child, our 3rd eye is closed to it. So many differing societys talked about the same "mythological" creatures. Just because you cannot see something does not make it not exist..You cannot see the wind, but, know it is there. Srry to waste your times with my opinion. Have a good day, and blessed be.
I believe that either the were real, or they were something that could not be explained at that time,
Mythological creatures are just that "mythical". It is our imagination that give them the supernatural powers.
yes for most of us hybrids we do happen to believe things. im learning more and more about my spirits all the time. now if there are those that dont believe that i had an awakening of sorts that made the spirits inside me now come to be.
